Here goes the problem, other players will have to check themselves and be cautious to avoid physical contact with others. Each team management has to add more precaution to avoid uncaught infection of their players.

That's really the problem if they have been in contact with Russel they might be tested positive too and might not be able to play on the opening of the game. Though it's possible he will recover in no time there will still protocol to be followed about those who tested positive of the virus and he'll have to start practicing again for the time lost because of the contracted disease.
