Hey, I've got some good news to share with all of you!

From an initial report of two years, it's now possible that the wait will be reduced to just three months. Pretty great news, isn't it? Here's hoping it becomes a reality!

Quote
He said it starts with JB proving beyond doubt that the carboxy-THC found in his urine sample was due to the medications he had been taking to heal from his bone spur removal in August. It is something Barangay Ginebra governor and Gilas Pilipinas team manager Alfrancis Chua and the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas have been working on already.

It does not mean that Brownlee will escape punishment. It means that his suspension could be reduced significantly to around three months instead of the reported two years. Brownlee's suspension, according to Henson, could even be as short as a month, depending on the "reckoning period."

Even though he's out on the game still its a good development for his case since 3 months is fast to come and that mean he can still play with Philippines for long time since he's penalty is not so big just like what speculated timeline.

But the verdict still has not drop since its only provably that's why lets hope for the best since Brownlee is a hero for Philippines on last Asian games so a proper justice should be serve so he can fully celebrate that win with a good news coming on his way.

Many hope for the best for him and he really deserve to comeback on PBA as soon as possible so lets follow up this case since this still hot topic on basketball scene.

JMF is indeed a very humble player since then, and this is a proof that even if you are a superstar you can still live a normal life.
Hoping that our players will be humbled by their experience and be more professional when it comes to handling their emotion.
The upcoming season will be more interesting, I already saw some good addition to the team, when is the start of PBA btw?

     -      Mar Fajardo is a really humble person. I can't say anything to him; he's like Fingris; he's just quiet, but his offense is strong, and he also has shooting. He also contributes a lot to his team, to be honest. The last time I watched was when they defeated China in their previous match.

As soon as coach Cone became their coach, they immediately got gold, which means that our good players were really given a chance to play. Unlike the previous coach who handled them, I don't want to mention his name.

Junemar Fajardo has also some weaknesses just like the other players specifically on his defense, defending the pick and roll is a nightmare for Junemar but fortunately, the brilliance of coach Tim Cone offset that weakness by adjusting or pulling him out if badly needed just like what we saw in the last minutes in the China vs Gilas game, if Fajardo wasn't pulled out, we might lose that one so kudos to coach Tim for that one.

That's the big difference between coach Chot and coach Tim, I used to remember the name of Gomez, Ramas and those other supporting cast of Alaska's 90s dynasty, it's not just the main 5 but all those role players who played for them and fill all the gap whenever coach Tim give them a chance to play.

That's the same scenario and system that we witness with how he rotate his players during the gilas run, you said it right if JMF continue to play during that last few minutes against China it might be getting the same result as JMF is not good in rotating with the defense, more on offensive use.

Coach Tim notice that and give that spot to a much younger big man and let JBL to takeover of their defense.

China tried to exploit JMF's defense, but Coach Tim Cone saw it coming and made some smart adjustments. It's seriously impressive that, despite facing tall and youthful opponents like China, Gilas made them sweat in the 4th quarter. Defense was the key, and Coach Tim's in-game adjustments were nothing short of commendable.

Now, basketball fans are thrilled, and the criticism seems to have faded away. In the future, even if Tim Cone faces coaching challenges, I don't think people will be quick to criticize. He's earned some well-deserved respect.

I'm still scratching my head about why SBP didn't swap out Coach Chot for Coach Tim Cone. If it weren't for all the fans, like us, griping about his coaching, he wouldn't have been pushed into resignation. And guess what, it's because of our complaints and criticism that the Philippines made history, snagging gold after three long decades.

Just like JMF's an accomplished player, we can definitely say the same for Coach Tim Cone.

It seems that there are some anomalies happen since even if the fans call for Chot to resign before they still insist that he should manage Gilas. We see a lot of downfall for them at that time and I think they do that on purpose since Japanese B.League is actively recruiting some quality players at that time, maybe they do that on purpose so team in Japan will not scout the National players of Philippines since this can affect PBA and they would lost those stars since B.League offer more competitive salary. This is my assumptions only but I think this is a valid thoughts.

Maybe now they really feel how fans wildly react to those past losses on Fiba Worldcup and Chot itself can't handle the huge pressure regarding on the hate of Filipino people that's why he totally step down on the post. Right now we see how good the Gilas is and if they let CTC to manage Gilas on Worldcup maybe the story will be different. But this is just another what if to us.

Both on and off the court, Fajardo keeps it real, staying humble. He's easily one of the most accomplished players right now, with a bunch of championships under his belt. The most recent one being that gold medal in the Asian Games, and Chinese fans are still not over it!

Good on him for taking some well-deserved rest because the PBA is set to return on November 5, 2023, as scheduled. Maybe next week we will be able to know the imports of respective teams. For now, the only sure thing is RHJ. The rest of the teams, well, that's still a mystery.

Hahaha, kidding aside, we don't know what might be the future for Berto as before I heard that he wanted to move to SMB but because of his contract from his previous team he can't just sign and jump ahead to SMB,.

Before he played overseas, rumors were flying around that he might get signed by SMB. I believe Northport could be considered a farm team, and many players from there have made their way to SMB. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can think of a few examples like Cabagnot, Romeo, and Pringle.

The rumor was a trade, that means during the time when he was still a free agent and yet that didnt' happen.

PBA Trade Rumors: How BAD was the rumored SMB trade offer to Robert Bolick?

Bolick chose to play abroad for a while and left the PBA. Now, he's back, and the timing seems just right as the PBA season is about to kick off. I'm not entirely sure about the PBA's rules on signing players with the season so close, but if it's allowed, I'm pretty certain Bolick won't have a tough time finding a team. He's kind of a special player right now because he's the only star player available. So, he's in a fortunate spot, and on top of that, he gets to be close to his wife regularly, unlike playing abroad.

If that trade happened for sure more controversial opinions will take place, but knowing how powerful the SMC group they can always turn things whenever they wanted it to happen, though in terms of Berto the only possible thing that I can say that affects the potential trade is the money that B-league offered him, something that SMC might not willing to provide. Just my own opinion.

Now, that he has been released we will wait if what's the next plan after returning home, as you mentioned, he's a special type of star which any team can't ignore if possible to acquire him, he can bring a big help offensively and leadership if needed.

A perfect timing for Berto as TNT is in need of a star quality player who can add that same type of skills, without Mikee and Poguy it will be a tough conference for the team, but if in case coach Jojo will hired him I know and I'm pretty sure he will be used as one of the key player of the team, not unless SMC will try to bring him I think Purefoods still need someone who can give Paul lee a good offensive partner..
That could be the case, with SMB and Pangilinan's team seemingly dominating the PBA like they own it. Now, teams are in hot pursuit of Berto, and it's no surprise. He's a fantastic player, perhaps even better than CJ Perez. But he's had his share of injury issues, which isn't great. However, if he lands with a strong team, he might avoid getting injured as much since he won't have to carry the whole load. In TNT's case, they've got a deep roster with lots of players ready to step up. They move the ball well, and with an import, the locals won't have to do all the heavy lifting; it's mostly the import who'll carry the team.

Either SMC or TNT will contact him and will try to negotiate if ever he will decide to play, though in situation like what TNT has right now, they might be the fit team for him, together with a Kobe like import they might get that good offensive combinations to defend the crown, though for sure the competition is tougher especially with the solid SMB and the Brgy that we all know if the players are healthy will always be present from the list of heavy favorite to win the title.
That’s true with TNT and I think Bolick will perform more if teamed with the best players too.
SMB and Ginebra is always the contender as they also have an aggressive strategy when it comes to adding the key players to the team. The recent addition of Teng for SMB was a great move and for sure Teng can have a good spotlight with SMB as most of their key players are suffering from some injuries.
That could be the possible scenario if Bolick want’s to play again, I’m sure a lot of teams are looking for him and sending him the offer because he can be a big help to any team. With regards to Jeron Teng addition to the SMB, I think this is good and this might be the season for Jeron to go all out because he will have now the support of other players and we might see his prime game again just like the old days.

Let's say he decides to play now because he needs money with a baby on the way. In that case, the best team for him to join would be TNT. They're in search of a player to support Castro in leading the team. While SMB and Ginebra might have the resources to accommodate him, it could be unfair to the other teams, especially TNT, which is a legitimate competitor. They've already lost Pogoy, and now if they lose Williams, it's pretty likely they won't make it to the Finals, or I'm even worried they might get knocked out early.

By the way, has this news been reported here already?

Robert Bolick, Firebonds part ways

The reason for his decision is that his wife is pregnant, and he wants to be with her always. This situation could potentially open up opportunities for other PBA teams to acquire Bollick when he decides to return to the league.

This showed up in my social media newsfeed, Bolick is going back to the Philippines. His stint with the Japan B2 League was short-lived due to the fragility of his wife's pregnancy that he must always by her side which he can't because of the "home and away" format of that league.

The question here is who will get Bolick? Will PBA teams will do a "Slaughter thing" on him?

Or he will land to the TNT Katropa who is in dire need of a point guard to replace the troublesome Mikey Williams hehe.

That's the best move he should make right now. I believe Mikey Williams' fee could be on par with Bollick's, considering they are both star players. However, I'd argue that Bollick might be more valuable to the team since he's versatile, capable of shooting from outside, and skilled in attacking as well. Joining TNT might reduce his burden compared to his previous team in the PBA, where he had to carry the team on his shoulders. Who knows, he might secure his first championship with TNT, so if the offer comes his way, I think he wouldn't turn it down.

That's a good thing for bollick once he came to the. tNT tropang giga as we all know that Robert bollick is one of the best player  that try his very best to carry his team and we all know that bollick is good at defense as well and I think once he is in TNT for sure he have a lot of time he have teamates can assist him and for sure TNT will become stronger. But I don't think so If bollick will want to work with them maybe if they offered bigger to bollick the he must go for it.
