If the Gin Kings will be crowned champion, my vote for the Final's MVP goes to LA Tenorio.
I'm also shipping for LA to be the finals MVP but still that's not for us to decide. But if he does, then that will make us proud who shipped for him to receive the title for this PBAs first bubble conference.
Later, we'll see if it's the final game or there will be a followed up game or it will end 4-1 for the Gin Kings. Who's eyeing for a 3-2?

TNT missing Castro, Parks is like Ginebra losing Scottie, Pringle, says Cone

I believe he is right, so with this statement it's like he is saying that Ginebra will win because their best players won't be able to play. \

I wonder what would be the betting odds for tomorrow's game, it looks like bookies has not finalize the odds for game 5 as it's suppose to be out already by now. I have checked 2 gambling sites and I don't find odds for this particular game.

A hard situation for TNT.

They already aware of the possible outcome that they will lose the series but they might not accept that they only won once.

Even without Castro or Parks, I think TNT will not just give up. I even see them winning Game 5 and the series will end on Game 6 with Ginebra as a champion.

I don't know if Castro can play or not on Game 5 but he will miss that game then it's going to be over for the Katropa. They can live without Parks but it is a different thing if Castro is not playing. Montalbo and Vosotros are not yet ready for the challenge on orchestrating the game plan of TNT, just not yet.
Castro would not risk his health, though he is not getting any younger but he is still very valuable to his team.
The injury of castro is even serious than Parks, since when Park was injured in the game, he was able to finish the game, castro did not came back.

If the Gin Kings will be crowned champion, my vote for the Final's MVP goes to LA Tenorio.

He is the captain of the ship, his smart plays really makes his team a winner, a well deserved win for him and he can add that in his achievement.

Seems like the injury is serious as per the news.

SMART CLARK GIGA CITY — Jayson Castro is now listed as day-to-day after getting hurt in Game Four of the 2020 PBA Philippine Cup Finals Sunday night.

Quote
The 34-year-old exited at the 9:35-mark of the third after grimacing in pain on the floor following a drive. It took him a moment to back on his feet, and needed assistance from teammates on his way to the bench.

He never returned to the match, leaving with just two points, two assists, and two rebounds to his name. Worse still, the Tropang Giga lost, 88-98.

With the information I read, I don't think they will still risk Castro to play, they'll just loss the series anyway.
There's not that much left for the TNT and this is going to be a sure win for the Gin Kings already on Wednesday. The lead is with Gin Kings and this won't be hard to accept if the TNT will lose the possible last match that they have.

but who would know when an injury would happen?
Well, no one was expecting that to happen and it's an injury and you're right. It's an uncalled situation.

That seems an updated information, thanks for sharing, maybe you'll start celebrating early now because you are one win away from your series bet. hehe.. I guess Ginebra will not give TNT another chance anymore, they'll finish this series in 5.

Tenorio being so underrated makes Ginebra a team that is hard to beat, in this series, it's Tenorio beats Castro so far, and Tenorio's impact to the team is commendable.

Nah, I respect the TNT, I have a 90% chance of winning the series but I will only celebrate once they are declared as the champion. TNT just had a bad Finals where injury suddenly was their problem, the load management they did on castro seems not working, but who would know when an injury would happen?

Okay, let's assume that Parks will finally be able to return in Game 5, but how about Castro? We all know that he hurt his own left leg badly yesterday.
We have no official news about the status of the injury, without Castro, TNT will be more in trouble because no one in their team has the same or even close to Castro's talent.

So I think he will not be present on their last chance to stop GSM on taking the crown. But if they are both luck to make it then we can't still say that they can play on their 100%. Thus, I consider TNT still on the verge of losing.
I'm not saying Castro is bad, maybe we are already saying the sign that he is already aging.
Yeah and I hate to admit it. The once Best Point Guard in Asia is now slowly going away from its prime — the Blur now becomes clearer and predictable Sad. Nonetheless, big respect for him. I wish him more years of playing and good health as always.

TNT is in trouble, they had a good run but they will likely fail since they are already down 3-1.
If castro would not play, might as well give the game to Ginebra and just don't gamble their stars.

If only Phoenix get in the Finals, it would be more exciting IMO.

Congrats to Ginebra fans, they are in the lead with 3-1 now, that's a comfortable lead, a 90% chance to win in the Finals I believe.

Yes. Hard to think that Ginebra will lose 3 in a row. TNT is already aggressive and yet, beating Ginebra is a tough job for them.

BGSM is now the All-Filipino Champion. And Stanley Pringle will be the finals MVP (my guess).

But I think the game will not end on Game 5 as if you know what I mean. I like to consider putting a bet on the TnT Moneyline if I see the odds will be interesting.

TnT will give a tough fight this coming game 5, they'll be avoiding to lose and try to stand still and continue their journey. Knowing
TnT they have that talent to to fight back and win.

I'll go with you betting with TnT this coming game 5, sparing some coins and see if they'll be able to bring something good and decent
it's much better to extend the series anyway.

Maybe things will be different in game 5 because Parks might likely come back from injury that time.

TNT should win the game as 4-1 is not good, the management might be considering to experiment on the line up, and possible some players will not be sign up or some will be traded, especially Castro because he wasn't as effective as he was before.

I'm not saying Castro is bad, maybe we are already saying the sign that he is already aging.

The difference between other teams in Ginebra is the composition of players. Ginebra has no unlucky player in shooting. Even, the first 5 players have no plays, Coach Tim always find a way to break.

Actually, Ginebra is not even playing at their best here in the Finals. Looking at the average stats in the last 4 games, including the last night's game, that's not their usual. Sometimes, their starters are struggling and only 1-2 players are doing the works.

If TnT can't beat Ginebra at their worst, then it's really a problem.

Climbing back to a 1-3 deficit is difficult even with a plan of forcing Game 7 lol. I think the series will end on 4-2.

I don't expect that anymore, they are not the SMB who can make it possible, but of course with Fajardo playing. Ginebra's defense and good ball movement is really great, coaching staff are very smart, they know how to find the advantage to win, and they have won successfully in the game.

Congrats to Ginebra fans, they are in the lead with 3-1 now, that's a comfortable lead, a 90% chance to win in the Finals I believe.

3-1. For the standing and it's very easy to guess that by the fifth game, this will be taken by the Gin Kings. Get ready your money guys on Wednesday.
Our neighborhood is on fire dealing with the finals and just for the sake of argument and betting, there are Ginebra fans going with TNT and betting on them.

That 30+ points from Pogoy is not enough to carry TNT, Ginebra played so well all the players that coach Tim use really contributes not just by offense but all the help that they can bring to the team, TNT is now behind 2 games  while the BGSM is one game away from another title.

TNT needs to adjust one more time to win back if they wanted to stay from this series. They need to produce points from other players
everyone needs to adjust and help just like how BGSM played.
The difference between other teams in Ginebra is the composition of players. Ginebra has no unlucky player in shooting. Even, the first 5 players have no plays, Coach Tim always find a way to break. He has always reserve good players when his first five doesn't dominate the quarter. Other teams shined out their players, only those who are in first five. TNT has a lot of good players but they can't really dominate Ginebra today because of their team composition. I don't think RR Pogoy can carry the team with his past 30 points because Ginebra players can reach it due to their scorer playerS. In short, Ginebra has Superstars players that can endure any opponents. I am pro for TNT but this season, I think I will give the money for GSM.

I just looked at the stats and the massive difference in rebounds is telling (34-15). TNT has to be more efficient in their shooting if they want to win this because they're not going to control the boards if they miss.

Third quarter begins! Good luck to all TNT fans.

edit: A quick 5-0 run by Ginebra. It looks like this is going to be a blowout.
TNT really have a good performance these past few days so we need to make sure that we bet on it but we also need to takecare of ginbera because ginebra still has a good plays that can be a threat for all the team. We also have bong Ravens that has a good knowledge and tactics and will help TNT to win every game but other coaches are also good. TNT also need to have all the players good condition so that they can play if they are needed in the game.

Looks like this is an opposite of what we've witness in game 3.

Balance scoring for the Ginebra has been witness, Aguila and Tenorio have a good start now, so I guess it's hard for TNT to beat them.
Halftime score is 49-39, Ginebra with a 10 point lead.

hopefully they'll make a come back in the 2nd half.

TNT has to make an extra work in the 2nd half, they don't have Ray Parks in this game so they are still with the same squad in game 3.
We cannot conclude that TNT will lose anyway, we've seen some come back in the series and I guess it's possible to see a big come back by the TNT here.

Pogoy needs to make 30+ points again just like what he did in game 3 IIRC.

That 30+ points from Pogoy is not enough to carry TNT, Ginebra played so well all the players that coach Tim use really contributes not just by offense but all the help that they can bring to the team, TNT is now behind 2 games  while the BGSM is one game away from another title.
