i've already taken 10 altcoins for a long time. This XVG, tron, NEM, ADA, eos and other. In my opinion, one of these coins can shoot well.

This is definitely PECULIUM ($PCL). Peculium is a savings platform for cryptocurrencies. They have already have a working product. Their ico will finish in 27th September, though they are in coinmarketcap. I will hold my $PCLs until 2020.

But for me the biggest chance to get as more as possible from holding that long time will be investing in first coins on market cause for me any pump that could come in near months/ years will touch some of them even in the lowest level. That could be nice investment.

I think 2-3 years is not a fast time, but it is a good thing. save Bitcoin and Etherem temporarily for the price. And for other altcoins, anything less than a year will be enough and shift your investment into your future because there are advantages either high or low.
For a very long term holding the best is Ethereum and NEO. Other very good option is Litecoin and Cardano. This are all very well known projects with a very bright future.
