If the university supports two ways of learning: electronic and stationary - will all students be able to use the Smart-contract service? Will this contract be mandatory for students of the e-learning method?

How do the countries of Europe relate to the development of your product? Has the issue been discussed at conferences with your representatives? It would be nice to know the opinion of the Oxford University leadership about such a service.
Such a question of participation in the system of the European region sounded earlier. But there is no official information yet. Now the process of negotiations with educational structures is still underway. I am sure that many countries will be participants of Edgecoin.

I think the system will cover a large region. Even those territories that already have e-learning providers will be interested in the novelty of Edgecoin. There was no such application for a smart-contract in education.
