is it possible that you update the balances also at night (european time) every hour? During the day it is every hour, but now it seems at least a 3 hours timeframe. (Fidor to Fidor transaction)
Isn't this automatically? So why not every hour regardless of the time?

Hi all - the temporary interruption in service should be resolved now, so let us know if you are still having an issue. As you can see from the reports, the issue didn't affect all clients.

kraken website (temporarily?) down. I think it's because the sudden bitcoinprice decrease all want to sell bitcoins and therefore kraken went down?

Announcement: Our bank Fidor is on holiday today since it is a national holiday in Germany. We don't expect any major disruption to payments, but keep in mind that payments initiated today could take an extra day compared to normal.

Apparently Kraken stopped accepting applications for Tier IV. Has become an awful place with their fucked up funding limits. Please use other exchanges. Kraken is a horror for serious traders.
We have only stopped accepting tier 4 applications temporarily. The interest in tier 4 has been quite high and we need to clear a back log of applications before accepting new ones. We simply don't want to accept new applications if it's going to take a really long time for us to process them. Also, we're hiring a new person to assist with tier 4 applications so the process will be smoother and faster.

Kraken is a perfect place for common people who want to trade small to medium amounts. It fits my needs and it will fit the needs of 80% of the people out there. Any stuck BTC withdrawals should be broadcast to the network now. Sorry for the delay. The bug causing this is proving very hard to diagnose and fix. We thought we had isolated the issue a while ago, but with this last event it's clear there's more work to go. We have and will continue to work very hard to resolve the issue.
