Modify renting time for x minutes meaning adding minutes to the plan, right?
Yes, if you enter positive number, if you enter negative, it removes minutes.

Noticed that every time I clean out rates to put new ones up my Connection stability takes a nosedive.

Nice design, couple points. On the log in page the password isn't blanked out, it show it. I had to reset my password and I can not find where I can change it.
You can't. I made it that way, because people often tend to set "easy" hackable passwords and then complain about stolen coins.

I have noticed that http thread pool gets filled sometimes and takes a bit longer to load the page. I will have to increase the size of it due to increased traffic. But eventually, site do load, so I do not know what kind of issues you have exactly... But, as long as the site is reachable for you!
