At first glance, the zero transfer fees does seem attractive, also the fact that the transactions should be instantaneous.
I am curious though, since it will be relying on the peer to peer network for confirmations, how will you handle balancing the load?

In order to maintain the system and avoid overload, during the ICO period, the withdrawal function is temporarily disabled. You can withdraw when ICO ends or your purchase succeeds. Having zero transfer fees is a wonderful deciding factor in favor of this platform. Honestly, I also love it that you're forcing people to read (or at least go through) the whitepaper. What I don't understand is how, in a no-fee system, you're going to make money to sustain your business...? Nothing in life is really free.

this seems to be a good project, but will you please tell us more about the DCCS system and what do you mean by "charge and Refund?
The DCCS (Dual Cryptocurrency Confirmation System) will charge the receiver for an amount of NTY, then hold it for a while before issuing a refund. The more related payments are made the longer holding time is.
