I don't understand. There are around 510,000 unused PASAs. Only 4442 accounts have a balance bigger than 0.0000. There are two web sites where PASAs are sold. So I can't see any bottleneck.

So we have some agreement on slack about dropping "coin" from the name and simply calling it Pascal. We should get rolling on that. I still like Pask more.
