But with the growing popularity of Quppy, the number of user errors may have increased, so the problem may be more pressing.

It’s all about convenience. Why bother with additional cards and other steps when you can get everything in one package and don’t ever think about exchange troubles again.

I suppose that they will add it sooner rather than later. After all a lot of competitors work on that and the team doesn’t want to lose audience

Well, nowadays the only thing that separates Quppy from “perfect wallet” status - is lack of debit card support

i wonder, however, how long will this new surge of interest to crypto markets will continue. Let’s just hope that bureaucrats won’t try to take over crypto again.

For me, it took about 10 minutes. Most people say it takes under half an hour. Only once I’ve seen a post that verification on Quppy took a whole day, but it definitely was an exception.

Exactly. From my experience, “ordinary” banks and card issues always try to slack when they have the option to do so. And Quppy or any other crypto company isn’t a force to push these guys to work harder. At least for  now [smiley] That’s why I think, that we won’t see card support in June. July or August look more realistic.

See, I’m not the only one who can’t wait for more new stuff!  Grin But I would agree, that in the current situation in the world it’s hard to make solid predictions and give concrete timelines if something you don’t control is involved. Quppy team may very well be totally ready for adding cards, but the other side of card system may slack.

The developers promised to add cards in May or June. Some delay usually occurs with any development, and world’s banking system is a bit shaky now, but I think that we’ll see card support this summer

Also, I’ve seen a lot of guys in this topic talking about debit card support. When do you plan to introduce it? It will be really nice and simplify the use of your platform a lot.

In the near future we plan to focus on improvement of services already present and adding other services connected to Euro and British pound. Other currencies may be added further down the line but it is not our priority.

Do you plan to add support for other fiat currencies?

But only EUR and GBP are listed as supported fiat currencies.
True. That make our service more convenient for european and british users than for everyone else. But you can still use euro and pounds when you are not in the Eu or in the UK.

Quppy is indeed quite nice, for personal use, but I tried to figure out how to set up acquiring for charity, that we organize, and couldn’t do it. Can you help me?

Contact our support service and apply for IBAN account. Our specialists will help you with any questions that may arise in the process, and you account will be fully operational within two days.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide this service just on the “click one button” basis due to legal requirements. So we have to do it “manually”.

Thank you! I didn't figure out that it was that simple and straightforward. I got used too much to “clicking the button”  Wink.  Support staff was really helpful!

Well, try to find a reliable exchange service that works both with crypto and fiat and is not a scam.

As I understand it, debit card support should be introduced in the future. Although for me, the presence of these cards is not critical, I plan to use this service mainly as a crypto wallet.
