Brutal changes. Can't anticipate playing nearly as much. I'm not sure where this game is going at this point. At least previous crafting nerfs didn't discourage me from playing, it just made it less profitable.

Note: the cooldown time is not added linearly, the more you want to craft per one click, the longer it will take to cooldown. This is done to offset the "craft in batches to minimize burns" thing that appeared against our will after batch crafting became a thing.

Yep, NOBODY is going to be happy but none more than the guy who got effed up by doomsday just before the nerf

how much can I earn in this site?

Can't really tell. Something like 12 satoshi per 5 minutes :) After you upgrade your ship, 500-1000 satoshi per hour? Veteran crafters were making around 500k-1mil per day, but today's update should make it harder for them.




I did the killing damage to doomsday, then a few moments later he hit me with an ancient laser wrecking my ship, even though I'd already done the last damage.

Relativity theory and speed of light: it shot laser beam out before yours reached it  :D

Hehe, I like this. Beats telling people "our server can and often does process events out of order" or "there's a known problem with race conditions" every time.



Either way I feel rightfully jipped out of Doomsday loot there.

Very sorry to hear that, but that's just how SG rolls. You can get shot while docking to a station or even jumping to another sector, can't really be helped without full server re-write.



Update!

  • [ENC] Introduce crafting masteries/item excellence.*
  • [ENC] Add critical hits for some damage types.** (@Przemax)
  • [ENC] Add crafting cooldowns.***
  • [SG2] Make cargo/equipment item tooltips hide when necessary.

* Equipment crafters now have a chance to create "excellent" items. In addition to improved durability, some of the stats might get a boost! NPCs will not pay you extras for such items, and marketplace is not really ready to correctly deal with them either, but they should work at least.

** Critical hits may occur when you get a perfect "natural" roll. This doubles the hull/def.grid damage. Ion, and other damage is not multiplied.

Possible bug with doomsday?

I did the killing damage to doomsday, then a few moments later he hit me with an ancient laser wrecking my ship, even though I'd already done the last damage. Is this a bug or working as intended?

Either way I feel rightfully jipped out of Doomsday loot there.

SatoshiGalaxy is not about earning Satoshis. It's about having fun. You can get Satoshis as well as Dogecoins. Until you have earned enough in the day you have to play 3 months 8 to 10 hours a day.

I am flying with 2 basic reactors, and energy restore is broken today. Ship stats say the rate is 15 (which is kind of not fair, should be 20, but this has been the case for a long time). However, the actual restore rate is 10, and this is new.

On reactors stacking: we actually went through multiple phases with this, going from "do not stack at all" (completely not fair) to "everything is just added together" (proved to be too over-powered) to the middle-ground we have now.

As for your actual enquery, yeah, I'm betting you are using ones with low durability.



Unable upgrade warehouse in SG2, or can't find right button.

I think it's under "Build" button.

The answer is "maybe". We have some ideas, but please do not expect anything or you might end up disappointed. Thank you for your donation.



Full disclosure: there was a bug with his transaction, so we're still not 100% reliable in receiving BTC. Please report any problems to me, I'll try to resolve those ASAP.



@matek1234, I've checked your planet, and it looks like everything is fine.

When it says "unknown", it could mean anything from 5 minutes to many hours, I believe you just have to wait for a little longer. If it still doesn't work after a day or two, please PM me.

I bought the premium account. I am really very happy about it. It's a totally different game without advertising. I play in SG2. And with 112 CPUs you can play long without having to enter again captchas. Are further "extras" planned for the PA? If so, when are they implemented in the game? For me this is like Christmas. I can not wait any longer.  Grin

I think you did not understand me correctly at the last time. It is about the repair of a reactor. 1/1 durability. From screenshots I try to explain what I mean. I think this is a bug.

According to my logic would now have to be read "durability 1/0". But there is now a durability of 0/0 and thus the reactor is broken and can no longer be used. Thus a repair would be nonsensical and useless.

I'm expecting a repair that is successful that I can continue to use the repairs equipment until this drops from 1/0 to 0/0. This is a bug for my understanding. Since after a successful repair of 0/1 would have to change

to 1/0 and thus still be functional. In this example, the value of durability changes from 0/1 to 0/0. This is confusing and I do not think it is logical.

No, you can't have 1/0 durability, current durability is always less than or equal to maximum durability. Like I said before, you made a good point, with 0/1 equipment being unrepairable in principle, I've already added this to the list.


With the next mistake I am not sure whether it is a bug or whether it is so wanted. This is the "cloaking device". If I load another player with the "Cloaking Device" I get a skill point on "Stealth". If I load my own space

ship with it then I do not get a skill point on "stealth". Is this so wanted or is it a bug?

Yup, already reported before, and likely to be changed so that cloaking own ship gives skill points too.

2. You should be getting skill points in aiming as rockets hit your enemies. Does that not work? Added to the list, then.

  • [SG2] Show note about E-Mail verification near recaptcha, so the SG2-only-newbies realize they can increase their CPU rate.

The premium buying window is now visible in both SG1 and SG2. If you encounter any troubles with it, please let me know, we're not 100% sure all transactions will be registered, etc, so I might need to trigger some stuff manually. Thanks for your understanding!
