It would be best to purchase and instantly get a citizenship or residency. When u rent u get a fraternity hole. This is to show the resonance between lending and acquiring a piece of physical property, which in turn gives u a status of a wealthy badass. I for one would be interested in a working legal program for citizenship acquisition with minimum headache through cryptocurrency investment.

i dont think so about ROI is low.
every year, real estate price like house and apartement will increase.
small fund investment still make sense, but need long time cause real estate is long term project.
