Got my 2 units today.

Tested both, on desktop and the pi. Running one at the moment because i have only 1 USB cable. Works like a charm.

Success 39.7Ghps!

Why doesn't it like my Orico P10-U2-BK USB Hub? What make/model are you guys using?

Maybe it's because it's a top notch USB hub which has surge protection?

I noticed the Hex16B was sending power back down the hub from the PC PSU!

I didn't need to power the hub to get the TP-Link powered. Is that normal?
According to marto Yes
It does not hurts. But i am not good with wires do not count on my opinion

After 2-3 hours you should be making 44GH stable just give the broad some time to level  Wink
Look at the api stats for actual rate
I am mining at bitminter also and most probably you are minig at diff 16 or 32 which can give you variation in bitminter hash rate +-15% sometimes more depending on luck.

The actual number og Ghs 100% correct will be seen in api-log. More over due to current implementation your HW errors will be always 0 they are not counted

I've put it on a cheap £2/$3 chinese no name USB hub (that always got stuck in sleep mode so i never used it) and it's working good!

I'm seeing 37.5-48.1 GH/s (0.44% rejects) for 38A/74w power draw at the wall, 20% PSU loss, means it's about 60w really.

Have you set your username_worker name correctly under Pool1 worker?
With Bitminter first worker default is "1"... So default would be "yourusername_1"

Thanks ditching DHCP and manually setting the IPv4 works. I can see the interface now.

OK had it mining over an hour now, damn that fan's noisy, and nothing is happening at Bitminter, 0.0Ghps.

Can someone help me diagnose what's wrong please. I can ping it ok and it's got an address on my network, has my router as Gateway and DNS and 8.8.8.8 (Google). Router diagnostics all pass okay. It's like the it's not talking to the miner or the pool?

I think items have Ben oversold and that is why it is taking so long to send them out. Quite likely the November orders are not ready and that is why shipping is marked as cancelled. If this was not the case it would not take more than 2 weeks to resend them.

The "I will refund you and not accept orders from you again" is nnot a normal approach to business imho.

But again you only hear back if you mention the word legal so... not really holding my breath to a response let alone to receiving my order.

That said I lot nearly 1 month of mining which yes is arguable but it is what it is so no, will not accept a simple refund yet, I want my items.

This is what Marto said to me when I enquired about my order HHAHDTTXC being 'canceled':-

"So Speedy seems to reject this for unknown reason , board is returned to us.
I'll ship tomorrow on my account UPS express"

That was on 4th December... UPS express from Sofia -> London = 1 day!
Of course Marto no longer replies to me and ignores everything I post PM or otherwise.
So no UPS tracking number given despite repeated requests - I think the reason will be obvious to everyone why that is.

Marto you claim not to be a scammer but your actions are louder than your words!

I tell you what Marto - you prove you are not a scammer by giving us some information as to what is really happening? Without the false promises.

You wont have to write it out 100 times - just once here for us all to read.

A proper statement..

It is about time you started telling the truth to everyone here, to just come out with one liners saying stop spamming is not going to make it go away. Your business ethics are very bad and not the recipe of success of any business looking towards becoming established for the long term. Loss of mining revenue is one thing but not communicating, telling lies is something entirely different.

You seem to be putting more effort into selling January shipments than honoring orders from October & November!

I would loved to be proved wrong about my opinion Marto - but that is now up to you to take action.

stop spamming everywhere.
Your first order is assembly service and we are waiting for your chips.
Both your second and third orders are December shipment and they will be shipped on time

Actually the miner is not ready stock. They need up to 4 week for production & marto did mention about production problem with november order.

About cancelled shipping is from speedy side maybe due to document problem. I had similar problem with speedy & my miner stuck in speedy office for 3 week just because of proforma invoice. In the end marto still send proforma invoice with wrong item quantity.

I guess speedy don't want to take similar situation because i complain everyday to speedy by mail. My guess is you are not in EU right?

Ok I downloaded 0.1.0.rar
I downloaded FreeUnrar and inside are 4 files
0_1_0_openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-factory.bin
0_1_0_openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
7ddb94d6964f2451d2e76f70b069dfdf2b3d4d6f.patch
Changelog

I went to 192.168.0.99 - SYSTEM TOOLS - FIRMWARE
I told it to use 0_1_0_openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-mr3020-v1-squashfs-factory.bin
It said firmware upgraded okay.
But on reboot I cannot connect to it on 192.168.0.99 or 254

When I do an IPCOFING it shows 169.254.85.24 255.255.0.0
Any ideas? Because that's a big a subnet range to try every IP address on!

Set you computer ip to 192.168.0.100
Then connect to 192.168.0.99 via web

Edit : Wait... you can access 192.168.0.99 before flashing?

Arrrghh! My worst fear!

They only sent 1x Hex16b miner! The one I paid in PayPal. They didn't add the other 5x paid in Bitcoins, even though each order had note on it saying combine all three orders!

To top it off I don't think the TP-Link is pre-flashed. When I go to 192.168.0.254 it just looks like a regular TP-Link screen.

I was hoping for a simple install.  Sad

Can anyone give me a guide on how to flash/use the TP-Link as a miner please?

The default ip is 192.168.0.99  Smiley

Go to SYSTEM TOOLS - FIRMWARE UPGRADE then browse for the image that downloaded from technobit. Use factory.bin image
Latest version is 0.1.0 Download

Again, after flashing, the default ip is 192.168.0.99.

How much power does this board consume?
12V @ 5A ?

Yup, in 2GOOD review he said 52 watt on the wall.
Since i don't own one, so i am not know the exact number but it's must be around 5 A (12 V).

I was wondering if the problem nanofury had serial number on it because it's need serial number to work. You can check it using -D -d?  .

this is the output of sudo ./bfgminer -D -d? on ubuntu 10.04 64bit, the serial it apper to his present.

Damn, not serial number problem  Lips sealed
