Price is up by 20% Smiley I have a good feeling that Bitrex will announce its support tomorrow for ZCL FORK. I should have bought more ZCL yesterday instead of reading a never ending fud against Zclassic.
I don't think that Bittrex will support the fork for BTC holders. But I would also like that, because I have some BTCs there. Trezor support would also be nice.

Coin will fly high with no BitreX  Cool

hello,
does anybody know if when you use the ZCL Electrum Release 1.0.3 wallet, with zclassic in it,
and when the hard fork occurs, i will be credited Bitcoin Private (BTCP)also in that same wallet?
Or do i have to use another wallet or have to do something else with this Electrum Release 1.0.3 wallet?
Thanks

No you need to extract your ZCL Address private key and import it to the BTCP wallet once the main net is launch...

Make sure you already to emptied your ZCL wallet before importing it to BTCP wallet.
hej...thanks for answer, not sure what you mean by emptying the wallet?
Do you mean extract private key from wallet and than just delete the whole wallet and start a new one?
thanks

transfer them all to TradeSatoshi as they will be supporting the fork and distributing the coins to you.

yeah, trust an exchange   Roll Eyes

exactly
to second that its funny all this talk of decentralisation privacy etc etc yet we have to register to a site that is open to audits with all our details holdings etc doesn't sound to private to me in my uneducated opinion sounds like as usual leaving holders open to hackers and govts
mtgox,(hacked) btc-e(govt siezure)  ring any bells

can  someone enlighten me on the zclassic wallet
all my transfers have shown up on the zclassic electrum wallet but only a couple have been verified, why is it taking so long (many hours to a couple of days) and there is only one server /host appearing in the wallet         zcl-electrum.com
my wallet keeps dropping out (no connection)
any suggestions/fix which does not require me editing code etc would be appreciated

finally if transcations are not verified but show up in wallet will they be entitled to fork

will the Bittrex exchange support fork?
Not yet, but events have been implying that they will. If they do interesting to know what will happen to the price.

I see ZCL will replace price with ZEC  Grin

no premine and community pure is this coin!

Except that it has "jump ship" dev team that are abandoning ship and moving onto BTCP. the creator actually is more interested in Whalecoin which is a 100% premined ICO coin.

O and aso ZClassic already has $300M marketcap so you may be late to the game.

Do I send to my Transparent address or Z (Private) address to receive the fork?  Or it doesn't matter which address?
You can use a Z address to get BTCP, but AFAIK so far there's no BTCP wallet which supports Z addresses. Maybe it supports them when it's finally released at fork day.

I just chatted directly with btcprivate support; with the latest 1.0.0 GUI Full Node you can send to either t1 (Transparent Address) or to Z (Private) Address as it doesn't matter which as long as you can retrieve your private key for either or.

By default most people are sending to there t1 (Transparent Address) which seems the method considering you can track a transparent address in explorer at time of snapshot.

but again,as long as you can retrieve private key for that address doesn't matter which address you send to.

Hey all,

Can you please confirm my thinking for the ZCL/BTCP split?

I've downloaded the Coinomi wallet, and if I add ZCL before the split on the 28th, do the BTCP coins go into my Coinomi wallet automatically? Do I need to register or do any particular action?
Just want to 100% make sure I don't screw it up; thanks all!

I would guess there will some kind of claiming process first and an instruction will be announced like BTG did.
We won't know an exact answer unless the dev team announce it.
Just move your coins there before the countdown and wait.

ZCL is a scam unless dev posts his ZCL address, it is not correct that he will know first when fork happens and then dump.

probably they will tell us on 28th.

and I hope we do not dump
