It is important that exchanges start to accept fiat currencies, it would be great step for crypto to overcome all difficulties, and become more usefull and desirable in modern society.
Not just important but also a hassle free because it saves transaction time. With its OTC services this must be an awesome idea knowing that it accepts all kinds of fiat currencies. Very useful to those people who doesn't have patience to wait.

A Global exchange that will use Over The Counter with a Guarantors confirmations is a great idea. It will encourage more people to invest or trade in cryptocurrency. Will this platform require a KYC?

I don't think you will accept all fiat currency, you can't accept CNY because Chinese gov has banned fiat exchange, so you can't handle a bank account in China, don't brag the project thanks.
Well, we got the same thoughts. But I think in the other way, Arousal say that they are just accepting all fiat currencies except the banned fiat exchange country, isn't that logic?Even if they accept CNY there isnt a problem though? They just cant take money from Chinese wire transfers and stuff. They still can take it from other routes

when i try to access the website it shows : "No direct access allowed." ? Is arousal banning countries ? my country don't have any regulations about bitcoin nor have banned it . I hope its just me who have this problem ,what's going on !!
Just contact the admins here. So they can resolve that problem quickly and prevent a further misunderstanding from the othe people who encounter the same problem.

Aside the fact of the ban of the cryptos because they fear them, what else would you say about having a clean exchange like this one that let's you decide what it's best for you?
Some country ban and some dont, so our market still have huge volumn and participants. So i think dont care about this problem, as for me if have banning =)) i can using tor or VPN.Stay with Arousal & keep promoting of this. If we more promote of this project then many investor will invest on this project. That's will help this project to conquer in future.

This Arousal Exchange conquers global and absolutely SGD must be there. Everybody is excited with the boom, don't get disappointed. I am not sure why they ban bitcoin or cryptocurrency in your country, I think it will be the currency of the future. Your country will be too late to realize that when a lot of countries are already migrating to cryptocurrency.
Having a Global Exchange such as Arousal and accepting fiats and legal tenders is one of the steps that will encourage more people from around the world to invest or trade with cryptocurrency.

How much fees that needed for this platform to exchange to all fiat currencies? Many countries that ban bitcoin, how about it?
Exchange wouldn't have anything to do with Bitcoin banning i think so you will be able to buy your fiat as far as the exchange list it..What i don't understand is what if the country decide not to let the exchange list their fiat currency. Does that mean the exchange has to comply?That's the thing, even though arousal did list all of the fiat currencies to be exchange, but what if the country declined the arousal proposal for exchange, because some of the countries don't really see cryptocurrency as a legit one. There are still debates, other countries ban cryptocurrencies to be exchange with their currency so i think that is not arousal's problem anymore if they already proposed to that country to be in their exchange and they decline, well sorry my friend, you need to get out of your country if you want to be on top of the board of cryptocurrency.

Yeah, it should be no party involved as it is decentralized was occurred in the system on this project. Arousal is initiated to be an exchange in the global scale, which is not restricted to any area or any legal tender. As the cryptocurrency, Bitcoin is believed that it has the function to push towards globalisation based on global platform . Hopefully the team will push through and will never stop towards to success as I believed that this project has a good future.

That means that china has to solve their own banking issues before getting touched with crypto exchanges, I doubt it's impossible to solve it, but improbable for sure.
