edit: private message sent re: Hi, I've been mining on your site for a couple of weeks and everything is working fine.

The wallet that I have been mining to has changed and is no longer accepting btc payments to that address. Is there any possibility that I can get the payout that has accumulated sent to another address?

Thanks

Hi,
Is it possible to work here with Antminer?
I adjusted it up according to informations on webpage and after more than hour hashrate is still 0.
regards

No, it is impossible. The Antminers are for SHA-256 coins such as Bitcoin, and this is a scrypt pool, with coins such as Litecoin or Dogecoin.

u pay not out every day

check himself: http://clevermining.com/users/14XTSPjJrRNqxY6ye2wskaok2Pndtg2hsS

Minimum for daily payouts is 0.01

Minimum for weekly payouts is 0.001

Unfortunately you have not reached either yet!

At the speed you're going you'll "probably" get a payout next Sunday Wink

Terk I have been with CM for a while now and love it.
I do have a question though.
I would live for an option to be paid in Litecoin.
The reason being is this would strengthen Litecoin and the entire Scrypt coin market that many coins are tied to.
This could improve profits across the board for Scrypt mining if multipools did this.
Yes I've done my homework on this one.
What are your thoughts on it?

Slick pool Terk! I've been struggling to get a decent poolside hashrate on all the major and many of the minor scrypt switching pools which severely affected profitability. The 87MH/s I've pointed to Clever Mining is hashing at an average of 82.5MH/s with reject rate of only 1.3%. I struggled to get a poolside hash of mid 70's anywhere else.

Thank you for the great info on calculating worker difficulty for scrypt asics. That may be what is contributing to a better poolside hash. I was letting vardiff determine worker difficulty everywhere else.

Good LTC profitability too compared to many other pools.

I was a little baffed initially trying to figure out what coins I was mining, but I am happy to get better performance while you protect your proprietary info.

Keep up the great work!

From other news: I banned a huge botnet today. I will be banning more botnets tomorrow. CleverMining does not accept mining by botnets or by any other kind of stolen hashrate. If you're mining with a bonnet here, you should expect to be banned within a day or two.

Thanks for your continuing hard work that sometimes goes unnoticed here. I'm still looking forward to your x11 pool.

Most of stuck immature and unexchanged balances are actually orphaned blocks which weren't properly detected as orphans by the pool software. This is a bug and I am working to improve orphans detection to fix this.

Total stuck balance is currently approximately 23 BTC compared to 12145 BTC which were paid by the pool, so it's 0.19%. This will be different for some users depending on when they were mining, but most users should fall between 0.1% and 0.3% of their entire paid amount. Most of it are just orphans, so there are no valid block behind this and will be converted to zeros after I fix orphans detecting.

But some part of these balances are actually valid blocks, which are stuck because they were sent to exchanges in one deposit transaction with blocks which later became orphaned. So these deposits weren't actually valid and were never mined by the network (but they exist in our local wallet and our wallet thinks they are sent). This happened for some niche coins which were forking intensively. I will clean up wallets for these coins and re-sync our database with actually sent blocks and all valid blocks will be sent to exchanges again, exchanges into BTC and paid out.

I can't tell how big part of these stuck balances are valid and recoverable and how big part are orphans. I'll update you on this issue when I will know more.

For anyone who does't know: orphans are normal in mining and it's just cost of doing business. A block is orphaned if two different people find a block at more or less the same time. They both broadcast it to the network and the network accepts just one of them - usually the one which will reach majority of nodes quicker - while the other one becomes an orphan, meaning it's rejected by the network and is not a valid mined block. There are some coins which have very low orphans ratio, like LTC and DOGE (in general: high difficulty coins), but some low difficulty coins have much higher orphans ratio.

So, orphans are just cost of doing business and you have orphaned blocks on all pools. The only issue at CleverMining is that we didn't properly detect all orphaned blocks so we were leaving some of them with immature or unexchanged statuses which were never changed later, because we wasn't really able to send these blocks to exchanges - and this is why it's stuck as immature/unexchanged.

I hope it explains the issue in a way that's easy to understand to everyone. I'll update you with more details when I'll clean this data up.

Dream become broken often
Pretty much done here.

Look at nicehash.

The profits here are no longer good.

If I had kept an eye on profits I would have been gone weeks ago...

As you wish, but let me warn you that NiceHash will be closing soon, since they are getting their asses sued off for being a bunch of scammers and thieves.

while i don't like what they did...but i highly doubt anything will come of it...look at the asic companies...are any of those thieves actually paying out one red cent they stole? i doubt it Smiley might as well get ROI off crazy ppl who are willing to pay that premium to hash...can't believe ppl are actually paying those high rates...what is the point? do they like throwing their money away?

Are you talking about the LR3 ripoff? And do you have a link?

So I guess NiceHashDev is mad about the new hash-power marketplace?  He can't stand competition and is so butthurt that he violates his Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreement Again.

Since Nice Hash is built on LRP that code is a good start to building your own hashpower marketplace Cheesy

Also I should point out somethings about NiceHash:

The lead developer and the owner with knowledge of the below:
Violated a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement.
Threatened to steal all leaserig provider deposits after the site purchase (skype history available)
Offered to follow the original terms of the purchase contract if we paid him 31BTC!  (skype history available)
Now has released proprietary source code due to an attack on LeaseRig, NiceHash and possibly other rental/leasing sites.

I think this dog is off his leash and should maybe calm down and work WITH the community to thwart further attacks.  Like sharing traffic sources, possible compromised accounts, etc.   We have sent logs and analysis to nicehash in hopes that we can assist them in staving off further attacks.

And there was another post, but I can't seem to find it.
Damn, I didn't know that miavator ran LR.  Thanks for the assistance byt!  Smiley
