That's pretty much the point right? Anyone can spend their bitcoins on Blocknet tokens.

Doing so means that your BTC will go into escrow and be spent developing the Blocknet's tech.

In other words, nobody (not even Dan) will be able to pay bitcoins to themselves by buying Blocknet shares.

All of the funds raised go into escrow and will be spent based on voting by the Foundation board (which, in turn, represents the community here and is accountable to them).

The only possible incentives for both insiders and outsider to buy BLOCK is that
- they'll be worth more someday.
- they'll create in incredible technology

P.S. For the record, I'm neither paid nor employed by the Blocknet.

XC inc do not dilute anything it will be a public software company where you can Invest in people that has XC will get a certain percentage of that company share for each XC they own. The amount has to be decided yet.

It is like investing in tesla same thing they make car that will be Dan's company that will built app on top of XC echosystem for third party companies. Nobody will force anyone to invest in it as none is forcing anyone to invest in tesla.

come on man, if you don't see this will diluting xc and blocknet then you know nothing about business. if this is dan legitmit software company then he need to registered and trade in otc/pink, it shouldn't have anything to do with crypto. i don't know if he will list this with otc or keep it private but this have nothing to do with crypto, period. if somehow he find another idea to make his private software company listed in crypto then he's nothing but a scammer in my book.

If it were a matter of buying free coins from myself, then I agree that there would be an ethical issue.

But I did not create the coins. I bought under the same circumstances as everyone bought.

Secondly, even if I had created the coins, I would've had to have paid real money for them, and so it's not possible to have "bought free coins from myself."

Lastly, it would help you to remember that cryptocurrencies exist everywhere and nowhere. There is simply no legal issue at stake here.

It is indeed not allowed if it is about normal investments, but because there are no laws about this surrounding Bitcoin he was allowed to do this.

Arlyn smash down the Tech now. This will be foundamental as well to give credibility to this project at this point in time. A little code preview-xbridge preview would be nice indeed. I know they are coming you might just want to reconsider your time before the ending of the ITO to give new Investors the trust they need to Invest after this Fud shit storm.

However I need as well you need to clean the name of the Team with an official announcement-press release and it needs to be really thought trough. If not we will always have behind our back the shadow of this storm.
