A little bit more research would have seen that I'm active on Twitter @crypticious where I've only ever mentioned Checkcoin once in a question to @cryptogotti. Therefore not a plant, or paid, or fake. Been silent on bitcointalk for about six months, never commented because of the bile and negativity. And there it is on my first post. Bingo.

Are you going to increase the number of coins per btc invested for initial ICO in case the ICO is very modest (like it looks to be right now)

Why? Because it will indicate there is not much interest, but the price for ICO investors remains high.

So, danger of getting flushed out...and there will also be mining, another danger for ICO investors...

To answer some of your questions:

Our ICO will end in 22 days (or when it's sold out). If we do not raise the required funds to stick to our current plan we feel that it is only fair to contact all early investors and ask them if they want to stay invested in our project (long term). We will create a very clear roadmap (timeframe) and let everybody know what they can expect from us. Anyone that does not feel like staying invested is then offered to have their BTC returned to them. This way we remain as transparant as possible and avoid dumping when we release.

After this is done we will release our wallets and continue to phase 2 starting the mining phase! At this point Checkcoin will also enter the open markets (exchanges). We believe that Checkcoin is here to stay and think our geolocation software will have a huge impact on the crypto world as we know it right now. We are willing to put in extra company funding if need be.

People on c-CEX saying you have signed a Partnership with Flitsmeister. Can you confirm this?

To answer some of your questions:

I will start by quoting our good friends from C-CEX and letting you all know that there is no way to host an IPO without going trough a Proof of Developer check first. We have provided them with all the information they required about the Checkcoin development team and our company.

We understand that due to certain events that took place in the altcoin market some people might be a bit skeptic at first but do not feel like posting our ID's and passport information on public forums like bitcointalk.

In addition we would like you all to understand that we have absolutely nothing to hide and we will always remain as transparent as possible. We've added some more information about our company in the first post of this thread. We are a registered at the Chamber of Commerce (www.kamervankoophandel.nl). You can visit this website and learn more about our business and who we are. If you require very detailed information about our company you can pay a small fee and receive a spreadsheet of our company's history and owners.

Trust issues - anyone who doesn't have trust issues after the past couple months of crypto hasnt been paying attention. Have any verified identities been provided, even to a third party? If Proof of Dev is no big deal, why not provide one for the lead dev?

Proof of Company > Proof of Development. Do your own research, heck......... give them all call if you are having trust issues...

Then they should have no trouble at all providing Proof of Developer, no? Am I missing something?

Our company currently has one FTO working on marketing our ICO. Funds raised by our ICO will be used for development, testing, patents, marketing, startup and running a helpdesk. We also plan to introduce Checkcoin to our current clients and new businesses.

If the required funds to cover all of these costs are not raised we can still continue our project since we are a running company and love to invest in new projects. We believe that Checkcoin is here to stay and do not solely rely on our ICO to succeed. It will just take more time.

I really support this project but I'm concerned about the lack of interest and volume at C-Cex for the ICO, are you spreading the word and promoting this project elsewhere? What if the necessary funds are not raised? would you still continue with the project?

Just saw this today. I had an idea for a geolocation coin about a month ago and posted on the NXT forum so it's quite funny and pleasurable to see this idea brought to life. Just searching more on this thread to see if it's the real deal, then i'm in.
