I disagree. I am telling your critics who are saying you have taken their currency that they have the option of reporting you to the police.

Just like me trying to give you basic advice about how to professionally conduct your website in accordance with the contract law of many of the countries that you are conducting business with was similarly responded with accusations of trying to harm you business.

At the end of the day the complaints that have been going on for pages are evidence that crycurex.com is a enough of a dodgy site to warrant you all taking your complaints further.

Crycurex, it would be in your best interest to give this guy his money back. It's going to be hard for others to trust you with this issue not being cleared up.
Honestly, I don't even care about the money. It is the principle of the matter. If 0.35BTC was stolen from me, yeah okay it's one of the risks of crypto trading. Everyone here has probably had people try to scam them for way more.
The fact that he is running it as an exchange is what has me worried. There's a limit to how much damage 1 scammer can do, but something like this is extremely dangerous.

I am a customer service professional and know when someone is actually trying to work with his clients, you cannot, and will not, have a 100% happy customer base, anyone who claims they do are liars. But how the unhappy clients are handled speaks volumes about a company.

I strongly urge you to read my first post and implement some of my advice you may then be able to at least put a stop to the rot I am witnessing.
Simply creating a new thread will not make this problem go away, all that will happen is other threads will be made criticizing you and they will do even more damage to your reputation than anything that is said in here, when people see that you welcome criticism and open dialogue it helps negate any damage you have done.
When you opened your new thread I saw it for what it was but decided to give you another chance to prove me wrong, I've been in my industry for far too long to not spot these signs.

You can definitely believe that nobody is paying me enough to do something as stupid as ruin the reputation of your no-name site. This is a legitimate issue that your refusal to acknowledge has caused to blow up into what it is now.

seeing as your still in beta, I would suggest you are still an announcement, your site is not fully functional.

b) I have read here as well as in other locations that once you go fully automatic the site is going to be wide open, is this true? do you have any proof that it isn't?
- Words about low security are lies from paid haters, there are not security holes, my site is 100 % secured

I'm trying to understand if I should trust your site
I am not 100 % sure they work together but they both claimed "someone else" deleted their accounts, they both claimed it in same time. They both are very often online at bitcointalk and post negative posts about my exchange. ..
but most important is that their IP are almost same
My site is 100 % secured because I trust my team, my developer. For security reasons I still do random check of some accounts and their trading activity. My logs shows that there was 0 unauthorized accesses to my system
I do not force you trust my site but I would be happy if you do
Are you seriously claiming that my IP is the same as wrecked's? Now you are blatently lying. Please go ahead, post those IPs and lets do a search of where I am located.
You already admitted that you don't even have logs of how the accounts were deleted, you don't even know what our IPs are let alone claim that they are similar.
If you really think you have my IP, please post it. I bet you can't even get the state I'm located in right.
