How can we be sure that you won't distribute or use such tokens?

What about competitors? There are a few projects connected with real estate.
As far as we know most similar projects offer insufficient way of real estate tokenization. We think that we provide more realisctic approach to investment in real estate with help of cryptocurrencies.
