Vesting up to 3 years for the team is like the industry norm these days.

I have seen situations where groups have extended their numbers but I think they have to go directly to the Telegram team and request a bigger group.
They probably don't expect such a good response and then if they have a referral it gets out of hand quickly.

What will be transaction fees, when all this conversions kick in? Fee will be in AGT right?

Standard restrictions for US and China as always, time will come when that will change again.
