The truth is that there was a significant reserve of Incent that was acquired at a special discount by several investors who were willing to buy 15 or 25 or more bitcoin of Incent prior to the start of the ICO. Clearly that early investment boost was crucial to meeting the target of their crowdsale, at a time when the Waves token ICO was a concept that still needed proving. not real . It was dif. price . And last day price was about 20k . Some bought with bonus at start for 5-7k and sold .Now time to show what is Incent .Hold more than 10k will be quick.
