The company (StartIco.net) that wrote a smart-contract for us made a huge mistake in it and didn't provide for cashing from the contract. The money is frozen there.
We completely understand that we are guilty in this situation as well. Now we are trying to get funds to return money to all ETH investors. BTC investments were already refunded.

I understand the situation you are experiencing. I believe that Luven is not a cheater. The failure of the ICO yesterday made investors fretted and disappointed. There has been no information from the developer or team since the ICO's failure last month. Even in social media there is also no news. A good idea if the developers build this project again.
