After pulling all of my hair out to try to get the v1 pool back online, I've decided there is really no reason!  That 30 second block target combined with super-fast ASIC hashing makes MPOS go haywire if there is the slightest hiccup.  In this case the hiccup was the daemon dropping offline to go in to a "Safe Mode" because blocks stalled for a period of time...

Long story short, the shares come in faster than MPOS can assign them to the rewarded block.  Then it crashes when it detects shares that are not in the same order as the discovered blocks.

I've got the pool restored to the point where you can request manual cash outs and auto payouts will be processed.  I'll be taking the pool offline next week, July 15.  Any unclaimed coins will be lost if not claimed by then.

PM me if you are having issues with your manual payments.  We'll get it squared away!

I've been sending 20 million WAS at a time. Found a neat site and created a script that runs a bunch of times in no time: http://www.autohotkey.com

I'm just looking at it going while my WAS's flying out of the old wallet  Grin Grin Grin

Just a quick status update Smiley

So far 4,406,750,686 WAS v1 have been traded in for v2, just over 13% of the total minted WAS v1 coins.

My swapped coins were returned to me. Hmm trying to figure out what I did wrong.

If you PM me the transaction ID of your send to the swap address I can check, most likely you forgot to put your WAS v2 address in the 'Transaction comment' box.

The second one worked. I sent a few more. This is going to take awhile to do all of these so I will do them in small batches to make sure they go through.

If you use the RPC API (Debug Window in the GUI client) you can send without the 21 million limit:
sendtoaddress WQ3QSkqNiXGzu6xLSaeujccRRcUaPtEwxx amount "" "" Your_WAS_v2_Address

First no idea what that is. Second I thought it was a 10 million limit. dang it that would have cut my time in half. I just sent around 75 transactions. ahhhh

Two quick updates:

1.  The SHA256 Pool at http://sha256.was.club is having some issues.  I'm working it as quickly as possible.  I know it's important that everyone is able to withdrawal your coins.  MPOS didn't like how the daemon went in to "Safe Mode" when it detected a fork (planned).  A bunch of cascading issues are being cleaned up.  I've suspended the stratum server while I get the database cleaned up.

2.  Had a quick conversation with the RockyTrade.net dev.  He wasn't thrilled about doing the coin swap because he didn't want to force people to adopt v2 WAS if they wanted to keep v1 WAS.  He is going to reach out to me via email for some more dialogue about how to move forward...  In the mean time, I would recommend withdrawing your v1 WAS to a desktop wallet and doing the coin swap outside of the exchange.  More to come as this develops...

I've got 2 old USB block eruptors, if we can get the diff low enough on v1 I can just run those indefinitely and then nobody else would have to mine it.

I'm running 4 USBs to keep it going.

We should not use anything higher then CPUs or USBs to keep the difficulty low.

I think we are on a split chain. Can't mine at the official pool and Supernova is on another chain.
I will redirect my miner.

I redirected my miners to stratum+tcp://sha256.was.club:3333 to help the network. You can't log in to the management page, but it works.

On what pool we can mine V1 until all ppl change for V2.

just go to debug console and

setgenerate true 2

just use CPU cycles to help mine the diff is super low.

WAS v1 chain is showing me it is not moving at all. And gives me a warning I may need to upgrade or the nodes may need to upgrade. This is at the top of the wallet.

FYI I had to put a solo miner about 100GH on V1 because the chain was standing still. started mining fee only blocks for about 20 blocks until all my coins showed up on V2.
