Yobit didn't say it explicitly, but it's clear that they won't list XCN.
Luckly, we can have our 0.1 BTC back.
What to do with it?

1) buy XCN and put into the fund; price rises
2) keep for future exchange listings, or any other service we may need

I'd say 1).

I vote for the second option. Because I would like this coin to appear as soon as possible on Cryptopia or Bittrex.
And the first option does not give anything at all.

Maybe we should try listing on hitbtc?
It is on top 10 by volumes, and they do not have fees for listing (could not find anything about fees).
But we need an official reddit account and an email from the same domain as the official project website.

""Here are the requirements to list your coin:
Please fill out this form or email at [email protected] to apply:

1. We support different types of tokens and coins. Please specify your blockchain in the General description.

2. Your project should have a website containing your contact information and a detailed description of the idea. Also official Reddit and Bitcointalk posts from your project are required, as these are respectable and popular discussions platforms.

Your request will be reviewed within a week, and you will receive our reply to the email that you indicated in the form. Please note, this email should have the same domain as the official project website.""

Price is starting to heat up on novaexchange, maybe we can make the 10k $ volume to add the nova exchange to coinmarketcap.com for a big publicity. Aslo I wonder why don't you guys start a marketing campaign with signature, facebook, twitter, blog stuff to start moving this project up...

The plan is first to fix the exchanges, then start serious promotion. That should bring the best results.
Next week I will be working on the wallet about the extended precision issue.

About the eps:

I don't really see a difference in the two approaches.

1) Autodetect incoming requests and offer two different reply messages, one with EP, one without.
2) Have a switch to set the system up - ok but why can't we smart-parse requests in this scenario as well? Then it would all be down to how we make the decision on the reply format. And there it doesn't really matter anymore whether we change the format based on a parameter or have a second message with the EP format. Bot options mean there's additional work for the receiving end required.

We could even combine both options like so:
- Autodetect incoming requests (EP / nonEP style)
- have a primary and a secondary reply
- make a parameter decide which of the two is EP and which is compatible

That way, the implementer (e.g. exchange coder) would have all options available, no matter what he prefers to do. He can either parse a different RPC response message OR start the daemon with a different set of parameters.
as i understand, it is an option for the exchanges. in such a way they can choose that option, that is correct to this exchange. so, we`ll need not to send various versions to different exchanges.

I've already seen some similar ICO, why are you different?

This is not an "ico". This is an innovative Altcoin from 2014.

You maybe need to edit the header, add No-ICO and since 2014.

About the price, it's still 10x against usd this year. Give that wall owner an easy exit chance and make an offer, 0.05 btc for 1,000,000 xcn.

Please guys make your choice. Currently 1 for 1 and 1 for 2.

AND

please also speak about how to deal with EP amounts.

1) add fields on rpc responses, autodetect on rpc requests
2) add config option and/or commandline option to switch from EP to DP (classic bitcoin amounts)

Thanks!

1)
because current xcn price is very low, and when we need funds for exchange listing or any other service maybe we can sell them at higher price.
EP amounts, i do not know, i leave it to pallas to decide.
What price will rise? There is 0.2BTC sell order at 21sat. That is the "wall". Next stop 1satoshi.

Last time I checked, we would have gotten up to 50sat with just 0.1 btc.

I would add some low ball bids to novaexchange. About EP, whatever makes it easier for exchanges to add it and doesn't brake anything, is that even possible haha?

Both options are backward compatible.

I can't speak about EP amounts, I don't understand the issue.

Bter is shutting down and bx.in.th is rather tricky to use and register. No other exchanges are currently available?

Novaexchange

If people are still asking where they can trade XCN because they don't know about NovaExchange, perhaps the reference to Nova should be enlarged/enhanced/highlighted in the OP.

Especially as this question was asked just five posts after you specifically mentioned Nova!! Roll Eyes

Also, best to remove BTER and BTC38 altogether at this point.

True. I'm cleaning it a bit right now.

That's a lot better!  Grin
