The original and repeated rookied' post you refer to was from 11-19, dumb-ass.

Yes we all know that, my little dim asshamster friend.

11-19 was where you still believed BFL would ship in November. Or at least first week of December.

So what's your point? Probably you don't have any - as usual ...

P.S.
Why do you still have this BFL asshamster signature? Their signature contests are long gone ...
One of the reasons is because it annoys you and the Clowns Against BFL league, little nazi boy.
Hey Frizz23 the little nazi boy, congratulations with your new account name Inabra!

According to the Mayan calendar:

2 days remaining to the official refund.
17 days left to delay the shipment date
47 days left to next delay of shipment date
60 days left to BFL bankruptcy
61 days remaining to say goodbye to the fable of the ASIC

Time passes quickly... Wink

Hello SLok, nice to hear from you again my little asshamster friend Wink

I just now realized that it's your posting where rooKiED (of course one of my trillion fake identities) replied to. You wrote: "So, what month are we in? Come back complaining December maybe, although they already updated to maybe first week of December for first shipping.".

So ... what month are we in?  Grin Grin Grin

Look at your calender little nazi troll boy.

I was pleasantly surprised to see some critical posts on forums.butterflylabs.com. Which made me think: Josh has been put on a leash (again) - and the days of censorship are over.

Unfortunately it seems they are still deleting posts. Just not every critical post. I assume it's because there are simply to many of them - and they don't dare to delete them all (-> too many people would complain about censorship).

This one is gone by now. Question for BFL/Josh/Inaba: What was so bad about it that it had to be deleted?

Too bad you "weren't around" to take screen shots when your alter ego Inabra (in-a-bra) was posting anti-Semite shit on that BFL forum, showing your true nature, Frizz23 the anti-Semite troll?

+1 oh +1

BFL is just full of shit. Let's all wait for the next excuse concerning delays. "Oh our supplier said it's going to be another 60 days because rats got stuck in the gutter where we pull the chips out of our ass and could not do it in time (sips margarita)."

LOL!

I do not remember aver seen these pictures in the forum or in the official website.

It's got some links to other ASICs

Inside info in china?
Just the other day, I was wondering if there were actual pictures of the heatsink used in the new Singles. I don't keep up on the BFL forums that much, so I didn't know if I'd missed them, or they just weren't there. I don't think we'll have the same temp issues that the current ones have!

All of those photos are just reposts of some that were posted by Josh on BFL's forum.   As far as I know, this is the second revision all-copper heat sink that actually made it to production.  It'll be used on the Single SC and Little Single SC.   Yeah, it's good to see some copper - kinda overkill, but I think everything on this final released product will be as such = good for the pre-order customers Smiley !

I know BFL has released pictures of the heat sink they plan to use for the Single. Supposedly, it is "custom" made just for BFL.

I think it is somewhere in this thread, good luck finding it though... this thread is such a cluster f***.

EDIT: I should pay attention lol...

I suggest mods to lock down this thread for 48h+ in order to let posters "cool down".
This, +100

Although, it's still intertaining to read..
The thread was locked. It's since been unlocked to allow for conversation to resume at a more civil level.

Every other ASIC manufacturer has also had delays.

Avalon's initial ship date was "we will have all of the 300 units shipped before the end of February, 2013." By my calendar, that hasn't passed yet, so they have yet to have a shipping delay.

Keep in mind that they haven't hit the most critical point yet. Some issues won't come up until you solder the "finished" chips onto a board.

Or was it a flat out lie?

It was obviously an exaggeration. It seems unlikely that any of the current vendors would run off with the money, but some bASIC customers have been deeply concerned over their PR guy apparently not knowing the source of their delays:
