1. new blade still has some issues, the factory cannot deliver on time
2. pre-orders will be filled with 10G old blade (brand new, un-opened, fresh off the production line), stable when OC to 12.G.  With good voltage and cooling, it can run at 13G (new blade cannot be OC)
 to compensate, there will be a rebate of 3 BTC, rebate will be paid out when machines are mailed
3. no more blade pre-sale, and we will never do it again (friedcat does not agree with the pre-sale, it's distributor's own decision)
4. the substitute blades will be same as the old blades, with mature process, but does not come with power-supply or fan, buyer are responsible for those, for info, contact your distributor
5. there's quota for those with 5G mini-blade order to switch to 12.8G blades (I suppose this is the old blade).  Buyer can request refunds.  Please contact your distributor
6. no ETA or price to the new blades
7. pre-orders will be sent by Aug 3
8. for better after-sale support, only buy from licensed distributor
9. Promise: We'll never have another fxxxing pre-sale

This must be the same rocket wich has been announced over and over these last 4 weeks but nobody has seen yet.

Just some point:
First of all,the pre-order is rockxie's idea.And,he won't do it any more.Never.Ever.
Second,the New&Mini blade still have some problems to be solved.So,more delays.Can't tell the ETA.
Third,the pre-order will be replace by the old blade. Or,refund.

A new blade because there is little problem to be solved, the factory is temporarily unable to meet delivery schedules, new blade shipments will continue to be delayed.

It is in the interest of AM to cover all segments of the market. USB and blades are definitely different. Ok, they are both machines used to mine bitcoins, but I don't think they overlap that much in terms of customer, or even for a single customer in terms of goal/usage.

I don't think you're right. It was said that there is a power-issue which should be resolved any day now. That is the issue. You have to understand that the USB stick buyers and blade buyers is a different segment of the market so it wouldn't make sense to hold back the blades because of the USB sticks.
