poor eating habits can lead to illness. for example if we often eat fatty foods then we will be exposed to cholesterol. from now on keep the food we eat, because many diseases caused by food. healthy living and keeping a diet is a way of avoiding illness. bad diet is not good for health, especially we often late to eat then we will get stomach acid disease.

I had a lactose intolerance and milk makes me burp lout loud like a cow no kidding. So I drank chocolate instead.

I stopped drinking soda as it makes me bloat and fart loud.

I used to skip breakfast but then I realized I got ulcers. I started eating fruits as breakfast and I have been feeling much better since. Meat only in the lunch and bread or pasta in the evening

During my illness with the digestive system, I had to change eating habits. It was very difficult. Me all the food did not seem tasty! How good that I recovered!

I think the worst habit is one is eating because if you always eat very oily and fried foods and of course sweets that can lead to cancer and diabetes which is hard to stop doing that because that's you habbit.

Not using serving spoon, food will become sour so you need to. Eating like a pig with sound.

That is one of my problem i want to be fit but i cant do that. Because all of my foods is to yummy thats why i cannot manage my proper diet. And i also drink a lot of supplementary fitness drink, but it doesnt work.  Sad

Thats the cause of having and unhealthy body, bad eating habits, thats why majority of people nowadays have many illnesess and deseasess, wrong kind of food that they think it will be good in their body, we need to think or search the kind of food that helps our body to reduce the types of unhealthy foods, though its hard to start diet, if we do not have the motivation to do it we cant, start by little by little so you cant force yourselve into a massive diet.

because in this modern era all the instant paced even the instant food way is to reduce the instant food multiply the sport and rest that far enough stress it in my opinion
