Not just Airdrops, even bounty forms are to be scrutinized before filling, I say this because you have to look closely at the genuine bounty forms and ensure that the email part is not accessible to the general.public, I joined a campaign and a scammer farmed email addresses from their spreadsheet and used it to spam our inboxes.

Thats right some of it are "just phising expedition" thats why dont just easily fall those crap! Beware of signing up without a proper knowledge about the airdrop or something else that related to that given form to fill with. BTW some Airdrops are legit but mostly its a fraud and shady in nature.

Scam airdrops, as a rule, play on the greed of people. They offer an easy way to get money, which pushes people to mindless actions in the form of sending their personal documents to a project that these people have not verified.
Therefore, always think critically, if you are offered too easy a way to earn money, think about it, maybe something is wrong.

Thank you for your reminder, not all airdrops are valid, most of the airdrop we fill are only harvesting our information for marketing purposes and sending illicit emails. Its wise to be weary of the links you click on your email and I advise that an email address is set aside for airdrops which is not connected to your wallet address or important accounts.

Fraudsters use airdrop forms to harvest the information of unsuspecting victims. I've heard friends that were faced with targeted scamming because they released their personal data to airdrop organisers. If they don't want to scam, they'd end up spamming. Everyone should know this by now.

Firstly
Most of the airdrop tokens are scam. Filling out forms to have airdrop tokens, is nothing but waste of time.
Sceondly
If you would like to have airdrop tokens, then you shouldn't provide your personal email address as because
it can be hacked or they will have listed your email address for spaminng.

This guys keep sending thousands of mails with malicious links and if you click such links, sorry you surely be a victim.

When I used to follow the airdrop, I also often get emails like you said and usually, they offer us an interesting invitation to invest in their scam project, and there are also emails that contain a phishing link and are quite dangerous in my opinion, my suggestion if you want to follow an airdrop, it is better if you use another email and not your personal email, so that the email is kept secure and it is also good to use a special wallet address only to follow the airdrop so that your assets in the core wallet will be a little safe, avoid clicking links that are sent by email from an unclear address because the link could contain phishing

You should have an EMAIL to be used for AIRDROPS only.
The form will get your email assigned in before filling up the form.
Some form has its place for an email to fill up. remember that in airdrop all email, wallet address and everything you will use must not be personal and different!

be careful of emails sent by our email ... because there are many frauds and thefts of our wallet through web browsing ... and if you want to follow airdrop then you should pay attention to in detail the information about the project that will launch the airdrop program through various official sites that inform about airdrop ... don't let us become victims by hackers ..

That's what it takes to get something you haven't worked for as it seem dangerous. The only solution to thus airdrop issues is that, have a dedicated email address for the airdrop so that you can only note anything that come into the email as spam or scam also, never use the email for any good application online.

This is so true.  There are many scam airdop forms parading around,  in fact more than 90% airdrop forms now are scam. They use that medium to gain access to airdopers documents such as eth adress, perosnal details and many even ask for KYC details

Airdrop is sent via email. I suppose if we do not access it necessarily they can not enter to steal our data. This kind of thing, of course, we have to be vigilant and better use other browsers to access it. But so far I have never experienced that Airdrop sent via email can access my data.

I never use my main mailbox for registration in obscure projects. I use either a second mailbox or generate a temporary one in special services. Therefore, my main mail is almost always without spam.

It is an easy task weeding spam mails if you do get them. Just go to unsubscribe button and click on it removing yourself from the mailing list of the project. You can also block the site from sending you mails. It is very annoying when you get the spams.

One really needs to be careful, some times they give out useless tokens  just to get more information  for sales. We really should be careful of the forms we fill. some would go as far as telling you to put your private key and some innocent ones will fall victim.

It's easy all you have to do is to hit spam and those emails will land in your spam folder and be deleted automatically within days, they are harming their reputation if their emails are flagged, I used to receive a lot of emails but after reporting them as spam they are now landing in spam folder.

Not all the airdrops forms circulating are authentic. Some are fake and developed by fraudsters who intend to gather the personal data of applicants. The collected data can now be sold for huge sums of money on the dark web.

Even though the airdrop doesn't make us lose money, we still have to be careful, we still have to choose the best, not just following the airdrop as much as possible to increase our chances of getting a good airdrop
I used to apply this method but I thought it was in vain because the project that I thought was bad ultimately did not work

As many already saying these Airdrops are just for gathering data of users so better for you ignore them or if some one want to join then surely create new email for just them and never give you any personal data I have no good experience of these airdrops so now never join any one just ignoring for safety of my own data and system.
