Increasing our ability to withstand stress
Making us feel more rested
Helping to relieve and reduce pain
Lowering our blood pressure
Increasing our immunity.
Practing meditation over and over can literally change the structure of our brain so that we are able to experience more positive emotion.

I adore meditating. It is very relaxing mind and body ..In our modern world, we spend very little time on communication with ourselves .. We do not know what we really want. Meditation helps us understand our desires and get rid of problems. Cheesy

Meditation clears our mind of extraneous garbage thoughts and negative feelings, as rain cleans the air of harmful emissions and dust. It clarifies thinking. We begin to feel "here and now" and can see our life situation from the side after meditation.

I have tried meditation in the past (as a part of the Yoga exercise). I practiced it for almost a month before giving up. I was forced to gave it up, because I couldn't find spare time. Even then I'd say that it helped me to calm and refresh my mind and body.

What are the most amazing benefits of mediation ?

To relieve stress , it's like a way to communicate with God , to have peace on mind , to relax , to pray , there are many benefits of meditation , I once tried this , and in the end i cried , because to many problems in life it heals me though. Always learn to meditate, and then do it on a quite place , inhale and exhale , empty your mind.

Man(human being) is already a highly developed being, and meditation enhances the already existing intellectual faculties of the brain.

It also provides mental peace, improving our capacity to deal with any aspect of life more fruitfully.

It has proven scientific benefits in many aspects of our body, mind and soul, such as Health, Mind control, improved human relationships, etc. If we can go deeper, list can be never ending.
