Every year I take a break and meditate for 10 days straight.

The breakdown: 14 hours meditation in noble silence, 3 hours break/eat then 7 hours sleep.

Also practicing vegan and no physical contact.  Cheesy

Meditation helped me sort my thought into my mind, and set a proper scale of importance for them.

I did it in a bouddhist center for 3 months.

Altho i did try it on my own, not with much success i'd have to say.

Meditating will slow down the heart rate and makes you calm. Gives you time to Focus on keeping your life in order. It is very relaxing.

first of all , according to me i think meditation is an art of living ...
long-term meditators have increased amounts of gray matter in the insula and sensory regions, and the auditory and sensory cortex.

Not just that meditation reduces stress,fosters clear thinking and increases our capacity for empathy and compassion

there are so many benefits of meditation  but  physical and physiological relief is more important  part of meditation
it helps to keep clam and focus for doing any work. meditation helps to  increase patience capacity...

It depends on what meditation you are talking about.there is one meditation i know that will give you amazing benefit.not only wellness of mind but of heart and that is meditation of the Goodness of God!

Meditation would provide us the feeling of peace that we can't find in our noisy environment. It is the perfect time to think of the best things that we want to do and to have ahead of us. Through it, we could also communicate with God through prayers. Through meditation, we could also release all the stress that we feel.

I think the best benefit of meditation is to relieve you from the stress. Meditation is where you need to relax and clear you mind and imagine you are only floating in the clouds. After that, it can reduce any hard feelings on mind and heart that stresses you. Therefore you need to meditate daily even a little amount of time to relax.

Meditation is a good way for us to relax our minds and to think of better things that we have in life. It is the best time to think of all the brighter side of life. It brings relaxation to our soul and through this, we would be able to reach silence to think of our plans for the future. It is a good way to reach peace and quietness.

It's benefits is clear mind. You can concentrate more on what you do and you don't get easily distracted with your problems or even handling tough situations with no pressure.
