Meditation can help you in many different things. First it will give you peace of mind, it can help you balance your thinking make you feel more relax. Less stress. It will help you focus and more happier and positive person. And the best thing about meditation is you can do it while listening to your favorite music, in your room, anywhere you like.

- Meditation can change your brain's structure for the better, in this case by increasing the ability of your frontal cortex (most evolutionarily advanced part of brain, the complexity of which separates us from other intelligent mammals and is thought to be responsible for most of our intelligence) to inhibit your limbic system (which is an older, 'reptilian', part of your brain that responds to perceived threats, for example by releasing adrenaline or causing fear or aggression). Thus, it makes it easier to control your 'primal' reactions when necessary, for example not getting pissed off at your boss, parents, or loved ones. What are the most amazing benefits of mediation ?

I think one of the good benefits of meditation is to ease and cleanse our minds from the stress and noises coming from our environment and social media as well. For a person who joins bounty campaigns like me, it is really a big deal because it helps me spread positiveness and answer appropriately to the posts in the bitcointalk community.

Meditation can ease the mind and calm the heart it provide quietness of soul and spirit.. now a days that life is full of stress and tension it's quite hard to aim meditation but for as long as you determine to seek it you will not be disappointed..much so of you meditate on God's word it will give you lasting peace

You will be able to have a calm mind which will free from hatefulness of the thoughts.
Also you will be able to get a peaceful sleeps without daemon dreams. This is my personal experience.

There many kinds of ways that you can meditate. One is the exercise called Yoga. Your body and mind work together in harmony so that you can find your inner peace. In Christianity, you can also meditate by reading the Lord’s word in the Bible.

Meditation clears your mind and refocuses you removing any and all distractions. Meditation of course calms you down to a point. This also makes you step back to see the bigger picture of your current predicament. In this state you could make your decisions since no emotions distract you. They say that when you meditate it releases negative energy and clears you of wastes .

I want to tell you about my experience with meditation,i started only few months ago i was very interested because my partner has  started to meditation many years ago and he found a lot of benefits,for example he is more relaxed an less angry.For me is different,i felt less relax than him and i sow my body as in the air,like a ghost,was very strange.So i think that the benefits are very personal and ,the most important things,you have to meditate often.Not one per month.
