What are the most amazing benefits of mediation ?

Meditation is a way to relax our mind set. To give us a relief in any problems. Meditation gives us positive reflection to the things around us.  During my meditation session, it relax my body and soul. I breath like I have no problem at all  and gives me  peace of mind. I felt that I'm in the middle of the mountain with fresh air and very silent environment. No traffic, no cars, no war, to fighting, etc.

I think meditation can calm the mind,
Because in meditation we learn to concentrate fully, so as to perfect meditation and the flow of blood in the body will flow perfectly because it is pumped by the lungs perfectly,

There are studies that suggest that meditation or guided imagery can rid our system with free radicals brought about by stress. These free radicals are the ones responsible fpr cancer development in a person.that is why meditation plays a very good role in preventing camer.

What are the most amazing benefits of mediation ?

It helps me to relax and feels that i am totally free from stress.
From what I can see, most people say that meditation helps them to relax but I can relax using other means as well. Listening to music and watching sitcoms have the same effects as well.

Well , though i didn’t do it everyday but based on what i’ve experienced and based in what i saw to those person who doing it . Their body get relaxed and they getting a peaceful mind .

What I discovered is that you need a lot of patience and persistence before to see any results.
It's the same if you go to the gym: you need time to see any improvement.
But after a little... well, meditation changes your life, really

I agree: I tried a lot of time to start a meditation program, but it's boring and time consuming.
May be I'll try again

the main thing is to find your own kind of meditation, because meditations are different, and many people try one kind that they didn't like, then they say that this doesn't work with them...when a person finds his meditation and uses it, he really becomes happier and harmonious

There are plenty of benefits that we can get from meditation. One of them is to get away from the busy life in the fast line and the everyday noise of the city. In doing so, you ease your mind and body from the said stressors and live healthily. It can also allow you to control your emotions and direct them to positivity all the time. It will let you appreciate life and nature and other little things that you take for granted.

Meditation is have very good benefits. First is the calm mind, it helps you be more creative and solve more problems. Another thing is it helps us in our respiration, since it involves continuous and relax inhale and exhale, it helps the lungs function well, as a result more oxygen circulating in our blood veins means it makes the body healthier. It also helps in mental and spiritual aspects, because you basically free yourself from everything when meditating, calm mind and inner peace. Smiley

Meditation can help you focus and calm down. Every time I am in a struggling status, I use meditation to help me relax before go to bed and it really help me to get a good dream. I use meditation to remind me something to do, so I can really remember things in the later.

The most amazing benefit of meditation is the clarity of mind. Meditation rids our mind from stressors and also from toxins produced by stress. This is a great help for us to live much longer and much happier.
