My cashback was supposed to be (70% of the bet amount (0.05)) 0.035, and I only received 0.00249 (~$0.90) in my account, their support claimed that's the cashback... not sure what's going on.
Why do you get so many total cashback? Do you following the bonus there?

True, they haven't been online since the 12th of March. Users are still waiting for the last Tuesday's cashback, and trying to establish a conversation with their support team never yields good results. I'm guessing they aren't native English, thus leading to a lot of confusion when trying to resolve an issue; I've tried asking when will betcoin come online after which they demanded my username, makes no sense - why do you need my username for such question?

BetCoin.TM has, in the past, paid out both large and small amounts.  This time they are not.  Don't defend or try to explain away scammy behavior.  They deserve to have their reputation tarnished until they choose to do the right thing.

Never keep more than 2 BTC on such sites like betcoin.tm.

Always search for scam/slow payout(s)/confiscated funds/other issues (google or here) before you deposit or keep to much money on bitcoin gambling sites.

BetCoin.TM has failed to remit funds owed to me for two weeks now.  They owe me about 11 bitcoins.  Transcripts of my communication with their support are as follows:

I am once again banned from poker access at your site. Running a site is not a simple task and requires alot of attention to combat those players whose intention is to just cheat and take advantage and I understand how you guys are trying to make betcoin.tm a secure place for good players out there.

My username is "Tripod" and this is my 3rd time being banned to your poker software. It is so disheartening to see this happen to me. Please please I am begging you with all my heart to please enlighten me why this is happening to me?

The first time i got banned was when i was sitting on number 1 spot on your leaderboard for sng/mtt, I saw some players trying to get hold of my spot and as a player, I also jump in register to those 2man sng where i saw a couple of players registering, cut the story short, I maintain my number 1 spot. But the next day I was banned. I contacted support and they told me that i admit pumping up the leaderboard with a "friend" which if i remember correctly is a player with username "d_unknown". I fought my case, because I never admitted and never did i collude or cheat the leaderboard, the username involve is not my friend. and even regretted that i defended the number 1 spot because I didnt win chips defending it. I lost chips playing those 2man sitngo. but if you are a player and you sit on the number 1 spot on some leaderboard and you saw other players jumping in to take your spot, what are you gonna do? it is in right mind that you defend it right? you will fight for your spot, isnt it what the leaderboard suppose to be? to encourage players to play and compete for the top spot? and that is what i just did, but still i got banned, even got my chips confiscated worth almost 100chips. but still i let it pass and just go on because i love playing poker and i think betcoin.tm has a good promo for it.

Second time i got banned: at first i couldn't think of what reason will get my accnt banned again. I avoided playing with "d_unknown" and also i never chased any leaderboard again in fear of having my account banned again, but here it is, it happened again for the second time and i cant think of any reason why i got banned again. I contacted support and emailed you James, and I only received one reply from you asking me what is my username. I replied and waited, days passed and i followed up a few times but no reply. then i decided to post it in bitcointalk.org forum in betcoin's official thread. and betcoin told me that for some reason the emails that was sent to me was bounced back, i don't know why and how it happened. and he also told me that i got banned because of chat abuse. i just shrugged it off and thanked betcoin that once again my account was lifted.

After that; i am a bit more cautious than before, even made myself courteous on chat and didnt chase leaderboard and avoided playing with "d_unknown". But for the third time now i am banned again. And once again, I cannot think of any reason why i got banned? this is so frustrating James, I have been playing poker since 2009 and the day i discovered bitcoin poker sites, i loved it even more. do i deserve this kind of things? Don't you want to have a loyal player like me?

All i can think of why i got banned is for the past few days I have been using 2 laptops and 1 iPad to play in your site, but i never, even from the start, did multi account in your website. I play in whatever is available between my devices, my work laptop, my daughter's iPad and my wife's laptop. And also i noticed that with the 3 ban that i got it happens when i requested a cash out. Is it ever wrong to cash out?

Yeah turns out you were banned for chat abuse and the email that was sent to you bounced. So, consider this your first warning.

Usually reason of ban are this:

- Multi account
- Using of VPN
- Other Reason

In every way, contact support, I'm really sure that they can help you !

it's getting common in betcoin.tm for accounts to be ban in poker...

you just have to be patient and contact support and they will resolve the issue once you from that you are legit.

betcoin.tm resolve these kind of things just be patient.

wait, i may have spoke too soon, i didnt read an email i had received earlier.  Hes actually making it right, which he absolutely should.  It's totally not fair

I was also thinking same, But its a luck dude, i almost made 4BTC Profit from this site and loosing in my last few bets which comprises 1.8BTC in one bet and other smaller bets. so its purely Luck and winning streak. Check the site later. Yeah im Agree about the Withdraw system is little odd, some times it take more than 24 hours and even more, in which you fedup with your withdraw and try to play with it and loose    This is waht happened with me many times
