Havent been to betcoin for a while now but looking at some of the comments above there seems to be a few issues?
Yeah there are Few issues around here about their legitimacy, Because OP is also not replying here to confirm that these are all rumor, we paid everyone. These people are waiting for him to pay them soon.

You know what at this point I would probably definitely say anybody even thinking about making a deposit on to this site better hold off at least for now because as far as I know I haven't been able to get a response from anybody nothing and I only have a small withdrawal pending, which I really think like raises a bigger flag that if they're not going to just process my one coin I struggle to think that they're going to process the 10 coins that this guy has it locked in there there's no response on the forums nothing I don't understand

Seems that there are so many issues on betcoin.tm recently especially after they stopped their sign campaign. Hope all the issues will be resolved soon, because they have a nice site and games tbh.

Well, that is actually a valid assessment of what happened. If you play the games while your withdrawal is pending you lose your balance.
I checked your bet history and well... that's what happened. I gave you a 25% cashback in JadeCoin. This is not a company policy that we are going to be repeating, however since you seem this upset I wanted to let you know that we don't intend to steal a 0.01 deposit.

This is what a Similar thing happens to me a Month ago, with my 1.8 BTC, I was really fed Up of contacting you and your Support, and that I played, and when you contacted me I requested for some cashback but you said you asked from your Higher Authorities but No response
The response was that is not our policy, and since you were a member of our campaigns we had given you a sizeable amount for Twitter and Signatures so we are justified in refusing this request.

I talked to Angel and fixed a issue with my account but the temporary password would not work at the time and I did not write it down before logging out. Was in a rush at the time.
Is there any way to send me a new password through email because the support tends to be offline whenever I log on and I got lucky last time.
The account connected to this email should be pretty obvious and I confirmed my email recently.
Plan to try playing on a friends computer to see if its worth upgrading my computer so I can run chrome.
Really would like to just see how the site works but I am stuck.

BetCoin.TM has, in the past, paid out both large and small amounts. This time they are not. Don't defend or try to explain away scammy behavior. They deserve to have their reputation tarnished until they choose to do the right thing.
True, they haven't been online since the 12th of March. Users are still waiting for the last Tuesday's cashback, and trying to establish a conversation with their support team never yields good results. I'm guessing they aren't native English, thus leading to a lot of confusion when trying to resolve an issue; I've tried asking when will betcoin come online after which they demanded my username, makes no sense - why do you need my username for such question?
My cashback was supposed to be (70% of the bet amount (0.05)) 0.035, and I only received 0.00249 (~$0.90) in my account, their support claimed that's the cashback... not sure what's going on.

Gianluca was only the Campaign manager of betcoin.tm Signature campaign.
Gianluca used to be our forum manager, however we have since stopped working together.
We had a candidate lined up to manage the forum but that did not work out. We decided to go with an in-house solution. In the meantime I am logging on every few days to check up on everything.

The answer to your question is that you do not make a withdrawal through AGIN. When you visit the AGIN lobby, your account balance is transferred there. On your account homepage you must click the button to remove your funds from AGIN and place them back in your BetCoin account.

I joined through a affiliate link and planned to play later in the day but I forgot the password. To change it I am told to sign a signature from my wallet which I never connected to the site.
Have never played and it will not let me create a new account. Have sent two tickets to support with no response. Live support is never on when I check.
The guy on this forum that gave the link just spams his deals and does not help.

That's not correct, please give me the name of your support agent.
Also, contact support again or email [email protected]. We are looking for a forum manager now who can take over daily management of promotions and support, but until this position is filled contacting live chat is the best way.
I will say that I did not see your ticket in the support backoffice, but that could be chalked up to a support agent mistakenly closing the ticket and deleting it. As I said, please give the support agent's name (if you remember) so that I can deal with that issue.
