I like the site and the low min. bet, but the delays for withdrawing are definitively not good.

It's also definitely not good that they have unresolved scam accusations for over BTC19 for months now and have vanished from the forum (other than to make the $5 giveaway thread) when it became obvious the withdraws should be paid.

Hopefully players will read their trust feedback and realize any deposit on a site that behaves this way hurts all honest players and sites in the big picture.

i don't understand how i can withdraw.
i have 6 $ in my account, i have partecipate to giveaway to bitcointalk forum, i think to complete wagered because i see credit in my account, but when click to withdraw i read "Your cashout is being processed by the BetCoin system" but the credit continue to stay in my account .

my username is marialbero

You need to ask it with live support for faster respons, I think I have experienced the same issue long time ago and it was fixed just after I asked live support.
But my last issue about my blocked account is not fixed yet for more than 3months imo and I dont really care about it anymore since there are other better gambling sites.

Betcoin.tm just check the profile of OP and stay away from this website, they have no affiliation at all with betcoin.ag which has always paid all of its users so far, with me being one of them. In these days its crucial to choose the right platform to play or you risk to never receive your winnings just like in this site betcoin.tm, in their feedback people are saying they own to some person 11+ BTC which they have not paid him and said that he cheated without proof.

Well, I have had a hard time getting only my 1.5 btc withdrawal from their site. Their customer support service is awful, always neglecting their customer's request to check whether their withdrawals are on process or not. Funny how they are still operating with all these scam accusations and unpaid cashbacks / withdrawals. This website is shady as hell, and is really a scam though their bitcointalk handle is a donator.

This is indeed a problem that is hard enough. Because BetCoin.Tm always gives a statement less satisfying, but I believe that BetCoin is very strict in terms of security, so that they're not giddy thinking of the affected Account hacked and their very special securing your funds

Sig campaign kept them in business as long as they were.

So a site acts super shady and employs a sig campaign to monitize people to attack those who are bringing the shady dealings to light.

Gee, that sounds familiar...

Speaking of that. Just exposed one of their shills with 3 hero counts (at least) https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15064092

You missed the most crucial thing about this. Betcoin.ag is not the same site as betcoin.tm, betcoin.tm has a very bad reputation around here and has been known to scam or atleast confisticated , denied to pay winning and decided solely on not to pay winnings from the bonus that they offered themselves

No, I understand they are completely separate sites.  It's just ironic they both have the same name (almost) and both use(d) signature campaigns to cover up all the scummy things they do.  FortuneJack is actually worse than both Betcoins when it comes to signature campaign scumminess.  If only they called themselves Betcoin.eu or something.

This is how the rest of the world looks at paying users to post: (tokeweed had just changed his avatar to betcoin and posted something about them, I responded with link to him applying to campaign on this forum)

This site should be considered a scam.

When faced with serious accusation, they left the forum.

It's been a month since last log on.

Damn, that sucks.  I wish someone had tried to warn people 6 months ago that this site was shady af.  Oh wait...

The bonus has a 888x rollover and if you complete the rollover (in 7 days) the max you can get is the amount of the bonus.

So it's basically play money.

and it doesn't hurt that the added value comes from the opportunity to win very, very big.

But that's worthless because if someone wins "very, very big" you just said that they won't be able to withdraw that money EVER.

301% return of your deposit on a no-risk deposit bonus is a pretty big jackpot.

If you hit a very big jackpot with bonus funds, you're not playing the game with your own money - the game you are playing is basically the bonus, and you're using the games on the site to unlock it. The bonus is sort of a game on its own that carries zero-to-no risk.

While I see and respect your viewpoint, I don't agree with it.

The "risk" is that you can't get the funds that you win.

Are you saying I can do the following?

1) deposit 1 BTC
2) get 3.01 BTC added to my balance, for a total of 4.01 BTC
3) bet the 3.01 BTC bonus until I either lose it or clear the bonus
4) withdraw my initial 1 BTC, which I deliberately never risked.

If so, then we're back to the bonus being slightly +EV, and risk free. Yay!

Sorry it took me so long to understand. I either I'm really slow or the explanation on your site could use some serious improvement. Smiley

I've come to the conclusion that that is how they are implying that bonus could work.  This is corroborated by this line on the site under first deposit bonus information: "If you do not meet the requirements you will not be able to withdraw your winnings, but you will always be able to withdraw your own deposit amount."  However, this line in the T&C has me concerned: "Professional players or players considered, in our sole discretion, to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions."

Basically, I'm concerned that they imply that you can deposit 800BTC and freeroll them but then if you try they will say "we never actually said you could do that, that's abuse we're taking your deposit".  So I'd need them to confirm that this is actually allowed.

This has to be the one site that I could not get past the registration, support was totally ineffective to the point of accusing.
To harass a customer that has not even played on the site yet told me all I needed to know about future dealings with transfers,so I found other places to go play. Suggest people do the same,to many issues going on with them.
