I'm done with Martineli, he will get the bench soon with the way Trossard is playing.
I believe Mikel Arteta signed Trossard to help give some quality resting minutes to every of Arsenal's player on the frontline since he's very versatile and could play literally anywhere upfront.

Martinelli is a good player, but I doubt he can keep Trosaard on the bench for long. Trassard is more dynamic and has more experience, and Martinelli isn't just an all-season player. He was better off as a second-half sub last season.

I'm done with Martineli, he will get the bench soon with the way Trossard is playing.
I see Trossard as straight replacement for Martinelli and then Martinelli will sometimes be left on the bench while he could sometimes play as striker and Nketiah left on the bench.

you are correct It's not a good time to get Nketieh, and I'm getting Martinelli off my team because I've had enough of him.

To save my week, I need Mitrovic to haul and Kane to blank. Sad

I don't think Martinelli is going to get less playing time with the way he has been playing, just because the goals aren't coming around or significant FPL points, but his contribution to the team dynamic is still pretty much very high, that's why Odegaard have been their top scorer with a mere 8 goals so far this season, simply because they play together as a team and the goal comes from just any player within the squad, that's why team with far lesser goals scored than Arsenal this season have players with double digits goals, it took today's goal for Saka to even get on the same number of goal as Martinelli already has, that's 7 goals. That being said, I believe Mikel Arteta signed Trossard to help give some quality resting minutes to every of Arsenal's player on the frontline since he's very versatile and could play literally anywhere upfront.
Trossard is on his best on the left wing and I believe he will eat into Martinelli and Nketiah minutes mostly. He can't replace Odegaard and Saka is probably untouchable in the close games. If Arsenal is leading with 3 goals difference that is the time Saka and Odegaard will get rests. Saka and Odegaard will be rested in Europa league. I see Trossard as straight replacement for Martinelli and then Martinelli will sometimes be left on the bench while he could sometimes play as striker and Nketiah left on the bench.

Should still have captained Haaland, he did get vice, so I guess my changes anyway brought me up a tick but there's very little skin left for me in FPL.

I was Halaand all season (captain) decided to take a different route because I was bored with him, and this happened, man I'm left speechless, I don't know what to say, I didn't see the game but every time I got a goal notification it was always Halaand, I took KDB as my captain and I was expecting at least a goal since he already got an assist to close the gap with Halaand. I was extremely fortunate to have both of them on my team, but I made a mistake with my captaincy selection. My chances of making the top 5 are dwindling, and it's always difficult to close the gap.

fuck Kane and Mitovic, Nketieh and Saka deserve to be on my team. I'm done with Martineli, he will get the bench soon with the way Trossard is playing.

although I should have tossed my trust towards Nketiah instead of Toney who all he could do is pick up a new yellow card, I don't think there is any forward player with more yellow cards than him in the PL this season. Good call for Morvilz7z with that Nketiah pick up  Shocked

Nketiah is sitting on my bench, didn't expect him to shine today like this
but this was the round when Haaland proved that you have to perma captain him, or you will probably get tossed in some rounds, and it is really hard to close that gap afterwards

Haaland would probably have scored more goals 4 or even maybe 5 goals if he was left on the pitch, because he was subbed of with more than 30 minutes left in game, and that's what every player is doing now, to get the players with better differentials and less ownership that could amass points from while staying glued to the default template of Haaland as captain, and a couple of must have players like Rashford and Kieran Trippier, I don't think you can go through 6 teams in the FPL without at least two of these players in 3 of them.

at 88th minute, so I got it wrong on that gamble, and a nice goal for Ferguson.

All this practice for when I finally get this exercise more of a habit Wink

I said it in my last post here that there was no way I would miss the next Haaland haul, lo and behold it happened today and Kevin De Bruyne also paid some dividends too, although I should have tossed my trust towards Nketiah instead of Toney who all he could do is pick up a new yellow card, I don't think there is any forward player with more yellow cards than him in the PL this season. Damn, I should stop giving advice to rivals. Ferguson with a goal and one bonus point in the short time he was on the pitch, while Grenwood will probably not play more then few minutes for the Leeds all the way to season end.

Kepa with another nice haul, one of my better decisions to go with him after the restart. Every time he keeps a clean sheet he also gets bonus points, stuff like that compounds nicely over long period of time.

Haha, thanks and keep it coming! Rivals like me are fine, I'm nowhere near any kind of position to threaten anyone. But yeah, Greenwood only got in at 88th minute, so I got it wrong on that gamble, and a nice goal for Ferguson.

Mudryk only played 15 minutes, but he already looks like a potential Hazard replacement, and he's worth every penny.
I watch the Ukrainian Premier League and still don't understand how Mudryk ended up in Chelsea.  Cool

a much better league, a larger club, a bigger lifestyle, a better chance of winning the Champions League, a better chance of making the national team before the next World Cup. Every Ukrainian club players aspires to play abroad Grin. I didn't know anything about him until we got him last week; do you think we have a bigger talent on our hands?

If you ever feel stupid, remember that Liecester GK Ward has been my first choice since the world break, and if this isn't the worst decision, I don't know what is. Kepa adds 9 more points for a total of 19 points in two games. wtf

Took your advice then Wink Still had 0.6 in the bank and Ferguson only cost 0.4 more, wildcard still active so did that. Greenwood was really just thinking of Leeds' resurgence with Bamford and his play usually benefits Greenwood. But Ferguson probably wiser on the bench.

I opted for Ivan Toney instead, but I don't think I would considered Ferguson or Sam Greenwood either, because I'm still much interested in having 3 valuable Forwards until, until the Midfielders decides to start doing much better, so it could be Gakpo or Mudryk, I'm however not in any haste to make an overhaul to my squad yet, but knowing  which Arsenal player to have brought on is still my the toughest decision yet, there are about 5 of them I could want to have but what suck than getting Martinelli and it's Odegaard or Saka gets the haul or vice versa, players tripling on both Arsenal or/and Newcastle players must be really enjoying their run of clean sheets.

but Elliot is the only dangerous player on your team right now (dude is terrifying)
I really don't know if you are serious here or just trying to provoke argument  Grin If you are so afraid of Eliot, take him in your team, he is cheap enough for sure. I have a feeling Nunez will start scoring sooner than later and he should be back today so if I were Chelsea supporter I would be afraid of him and Salah. Form can change, class is permanent and Salah has plenty of class.

lol nah, he's not FPL material due to his constant injury, I was only referring to the Liv-Chel game, and I think we all saw how good he was today, he was the only Liverpool player playing like he really wanted to win.

Salah ghosted, and Nunez, as usual, did not start the game but came in and began missing chances. I feel bad for Buwaytress, who is always making the wrong captaincy decision; no one cares about Salah at the moment, let alone giving him the armband.

The game was painful to watch because both teams were terrible. It will be a long season for both clubs. The fact that the Liverpool defense was shit and we couldn't do anything shows that our attack is even worse than I thought.

Salah was shown way out from my team, and it was as expected today, now is on Pep and Mahrez to prove that they are reliable replacement
thought about Gakpo to put into team, but decided not to do that, and he replaced Nunez in first line-up, as predicted some weeks ago

now back to relegation fight, Ings is back in WH but on a bench, and there is a story on Moyes, if there is a draw, and he is sacked, maybe he will join Everton, to replace Lampard (would call it fans meme, but will see next week what will happen), under1.5 is seen from my side

My captain is Salah this week, vice is Haaland. We need to win this game in a big way to give ourselves a boost... sentimental much?

You'd need a lot of VAR help to have a chance in this one; we're both shit at the moment, but you're not taking a point away from Chelsea today if the officiating isn't tempered as usual. You have only won 3/17 games against us at Anfield. Hahah. Grin

Back to your captaincy choice, it's a good idea because Salah is always looking for a way to score against us, so I wouldn't be surprised if he does, but Elliot is the only dangerous player on your team right now (dude is terrifying)

A VAR penalty call and Salah to convert you mean? Why not?

Elliot's what I call resolute, but no way near as terrifying as Nunez, Diaz, even on their off days =p And hey you watch out for Robbo (on my fantasy) and Thiago man, them two get crazy when they angry.

Why Greenwood? If you have just a bit more money in the bank take Ferguson. Ferguson has been putting some impressive performances for Brighton and while I expect him to loose his first team place now that Welbeck is back he will still play more than Greenwood. Welbeck is also one of those unfortunate players that will always have injury problems and if/when that happens Ferguson will be great option.

Made wholesale changes to my team now using my wildcard to save 36 penalty points heh... So Salah back in, Greenwood to offset costs, and Robbo keeps his place but I'm just going to try gain points today and won't mind taking penalties to clean out the team again.

Martial is also heading out of my team, the only decision to be made is for whom. perhaps, it's finally time to get that so due Arsenal player I've been longing for or the Newcastle returnee Alexander Isak.
Martial has been inconsistent for years now under various managers; he is one of those potential players who never live up to expectations; it is time for him to move on to a lower team with less pressure and expectations in order to rebuild his career. I used to want him on my team, but I'm glad the transfer never happened.
I am seeing that differently, Martial is a great player but has a lot of problems with injuries which has held him back in the career. Sort of same like Wilson. Type of player that always loooks good when playing at 100 percent but almost never able to play at that 100 percent.

So who is your captain this week? I am thinking of Kane instead of Haaland this week. Spurs against Fulham should be full of goals.

I probably could have been tempted with Salah, only if there fixture were to kind enough, but I won't be throwing the stone towards Kane, because even while gets points often and usually they're single digit, so I'm really not cool with that, I literally could live with my opponents getting 7 points from their captain week in, week out, but an haul from Haaland has cost me way to many times already to ignore the fact that just one good week is enough for him to make up for 3-4 bad ones, and 1 goal in a game week seem more like an horrible week for Haaland, while we'll be fine with Kane as captain just managing to secure an assist.

I don't think I'm shipping out KDB for the time too, I'd rather dropped him to the bench before their upcoming DGW again, but I'm foreseeing some trouble in paradise at Manchester City.

Dembele is also prone to injury, but in the limited time he does play, he has a significant impact; I cannot say the same for Martial, who does not appear happy or motivated at all. I don't doubt his ability, but talent alone isn't enough; you must also work hard. Martial is too slow.

I'm tired of having Halaand as my captain every week; it's getting boring. I considered KDB and Kane, but for the time being, I'm sticking with KDB because his record against wolves is good. He didn't start last match and is expected to start this weekend.
