Wire transfer sent to German Sparkasse account in order to load my USD card, bank confirmed money arrived Friday 16 Dec .
Sent several emails, opened several tickets, no one from e-coin is answering.
Been already through this process with them, it took them 3 weeks!!! to fund my card, they said it won't happen again.

Please advice.

Got a refund as Card was rejected by merchant, funds are still not added to my card after 2 weeks, it took them a week to reply to my ticket suggesting to wait...
I was using it for about a year, but with this and the negative posts in the last 2 pages of the thread, I'm very skeptical about continuing using it...

Can't load GBP virtual card. Just stays in 'wait' for ages then get 'service unavailable - try again later' with no refid?

I tried to transfer my BTC by e-coin to another wallet.
The transfer has failed, but the BTC have disappeared without a trace.
This is a SCAM.
I wrote to customer support, but they do not respond to me.

Usually the support work on business days but you can PM gosha@e-coin directly and see if they can reply on weekends. But one thing is sure that they should normally reply you on Monday, I have read good review for e-coin so they won't disappoint us.

The issue usually have nothing to do with the service Itself but instead related to the banks and there is nothing they could about it. Banks are unlikely to exit scam , at least , not without leaving a trace like BTC services.
If you are facing this issue using the web app then I suggest using the Mobile app , It sometimes works otherwise It's coming from the banks , all you could do is contact the support team and wait for their reply.

Have you sent a screenshot with the error message you are getting to [email protected]?
Thing is, I can sign in without any problems over https://www.e-coin.io
But when I try to sign in through https://app.wirexapp.com, I can't get past the 2FA screen.
I'm not getting an error message but I'll be sending an e-mail  Smiley

wirexapp.com is not fully functional yet. you can log in either via https://e-coin.io or via Wirex mobile app

i made the mistake to count on e-coin debit card to pay some medical problems that are due tomorrow.
they always come through, i just hope they manage to do it early this time, been a customer for around a year using them daily...
hoope some staff will see this thread and give a word

it has been resolved by the support team, correct?

128 pages tell me that it might be a solid company behind this so kudos for this many traction to your topic but also in the last few pages there have been some solutions that wasn’t answered here so we don’t know if it was fixed or not which is a bad sign if you ask me.
When someone has a problem they share here it would be nice to answer them here as well so we can see you guys are working on it.

thank you for the encouraging words, and yes, we are trying to post re the issues addressed here - in many cases when issues are resolved, the member raising one forgets to post about it, that's just human nature
