I am also having issues with Wirex, I added $30 and when I try to load my card it tells me I have insufficient funds and when I try to transfer the btc I also get an error that the transaction failed, what's happening with all these cards?

Are you sure It has nothing to do with the fees or the account limits ?? as far as I know you will have to adjust the amount.
Like I already said, I have $30 on my account and I am trying to load $10-$20 to my card and it gives me the following error messages "Server or connection error and you don't have enough funds to complete this transaction"

Are you trying to tell me Wirex charges $10-$20 to complete a simple load transaction, and where are these owners, no one responds to my tickets and no one responds here, this is the same shit that happened with coinizy for a few months, they steal your money and a new owner returns with a new design while we all get screwed, If I could find enough people who got screwed by this company we could open a scam Accusation and they might respond faster.

Don't throw that work so fast friend. It has nothing to do with our fees. Check this link to learn all about our fees and limits: https://wirexapp.com/blog/faq-wirex-fees/.

As it was already explained, it's a minor technical issue. It will be solved as soon as possible.

It was sent from an exchanger.

Thing is that not only one address was wrongly generated, i got ~ 20-30 bad. After some time, logout login worked fine. Was able to talk to exchanger and to send the money to good account.

Exchanges probably don't check If addresses are valid or not , next time , send funds from exchange to Electrum or another wallet then to E-coin , that way you will know If It's a good address or not . As for your issue (generating wrong addresses) , then you should contact the support or P.M the OP.

You've got problems with addy generation:

3EQq6CXbtcd3SPmQ1PWPzBWrD4XaXHChKF is not a valid address, such as all that your system generates. I sent $80 to this address, please do somehow and give me my money back.

I just tried to generate a few addresses using E-coin and all of them works fine when I check them on the blockchain.info , my guess is that you added something to that address .
Either way , while you are sending using a wallet (most of the known ones anyway) , they should check the address (If it's valid or not) , If it's not then you won't be able to send.
Please post your Bitcoin address you sent from so we could check the transaction and see what really happened.

gosha@e-coin, here you go: one vote for Polish Zloty (zł/PLN) from me.

Bumping, one-vote for Polish Zloty as well.

would need at least a few thousand of those Smiley keep them coming!

How much? 3000 will be enough? Poland needs PLN denominated prepaid card.

I think this thread is up to date till now so it mean they do not send their bitcoin debit cards to Pakistan. Try ANX Debit card I think they can provide you their debit card I have found that info from a tutorial on google search.

Those are the looks of the Fees, I don't quite understand about this. I just withdraw 3 times from my card, but these are the fees I've to pay
3.50+1.15+3.50+2.26+3.50+0.33 = 14.24 USD

It just seems too much for me Sad

looking at the list, $3.50 is the International ATM withdrawal fee (when you withdraw cash in a currency different from the currency of the card). Plus, there is a 3% commission that MasterCard/Visa charge for the currency conversion.

Does this sum up, according to your calculations?

Both these fees are clearly listed in the fees page mentioned above, albeit, they are not charged by Wirex/E-Coin, but the issuing bank and Visa/MasterCard themselves.

In my opinion it looks like withdrawal was made in foreign (not as on debit card is written) currency. When i used my EURO bitcoin debit card and i withdraw other currency from ATM it was this same.. Sorry, but rules are rules..
At the beginning I was upset as you, but if you do not want to pay commissions and other stupid things you have to wait for someone who will create a similar service in your country! .. Do not wait! Be the first! Wink

guys, we are able to add more currencies, however, it comes at a rather hefty cost, so, would only make sense if there is sufficient demand. This forum is one of the sources of information for us to see where such demand may be sufficient, so, please, do share your wishes
