I had a withdrawal from a merchant to my e-coin card cancelled and returned to the merchant, any problems on e-coins end?

Was your withdrawal in a currency different from your e-coin's card?
No,both in GBP. Hve spoke to the merchant and they will send again, maybe just a bug

Worked the second time, don't think it was an error on e-coins behalf at all.

How long is standard shipping to Australia on average?

Ordered it one day ago.

Why is it that the landing page displays a rate so vastly different that e-coin's buy rate when it comes to loading the card? I know that you guys have to do your marketing and all, but this is kinda deceiving. If what's described as a Live Rate in the landing page doesn't have any relevance to the service, why put it there in the first place?

Thanks.

I already talked with their support(pretty good btw, I like them). The mastercard is not working on paypal and all the fees of using 2 intermediary bitcoin transactions is pretty high.

I'm looking at neteller, hopefully I'll get the Silver plan through ewallet-optimizer guys. The thing I hate about them is the 1.75% withdrawal fee from ATMs (Skrill has this as well).

I manage to get it working, I had to fund 10 euros to the card.

Anyway, any of you ordered the plastic card and linked it to Paypal?

The virtual card is Visa and I had issues confirming Mastercard CC on Paypal multiple times. When you upgrade the card, the virtual visa is deleted and you remain with the plastic Mastercard only...so you can't use both.

I'm not sure if it works on linking but you should understand that you won't be able to withdraw the funds from PayPal to MasterCard. you can only do that while using Visa card and they are only offering the virtual one so It won't be possible to use the physical one .

Is this a general thing with Paypal and Mastercard?

That's a shame, I wanted to withdraw directly from Paypal to ATM. Is there any workaround? An idea is to add a USD VISA virtual card on Paypal, then send the funds to the plastic Mastercard, but then I need to make an intermediary bitcoin transaction which takes a lot of fees.

OP can you help me here?

Yes this is something PayPal have with MasterCards , you can only withdraw funds to Visa card.

However you can do the following :

Make an account on Neteller and get the MasterCard for 13$ shipped to your home .
Withdraw funds from Paypal to the Virtual Visa card of e-coin , once that's done , you can deposit funds to your Neteller account using the funds of the e-coin Virtual Visa cards .
Once that's done , head to any ATM with your Neteller card and withdraw the funds and that's it .

Well, in their videos doesn't say that you need to add another 10 euros to the card in order to get verified by paypal. Even if Paypal asks fro 3$, e-coin minimum load is 10 euros.

virtual Visa EUR card.

I tried a few times, no luck. I always get that message.

Maybe they ban it in Europe or just recently?

I don't think so , I'm from North Africa and Europe from my experience don't have such restrictions .
It's possible that the bank linked to that Visa card isn't accepted by PayPal or something like that because I linked mine few months ago.

PS : You may need to have at least 3$ on the card to be able to verify your PayPal (I'm not sure though)

Hey,

I just bought a virtual EUR CC from e-coin and wanted to add it to Paypal. I tried multiple times and says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card."

Did Paypal ban you?
Can you issue another card that works?

I wanted to use e-coin especially because of the Paypal link. I also wanted to order a plastic card, but if the virtual card doesn't work, I won't bother to pay for the plastic one.

What card have you tried ? the Visa or MasterCard ? I personally linked my PayPal account with a Virtual card (Visa) from e-coin and I have no issues using it , I can withdraw to the card and everything.

okay, can you at least provide card statements because paypal requires that to unlimit me?

please, request [email protected] from your registered e-mail, and we will request the bank for the statement

Ecoin just reversed 3 pending withdrawals today and limited my paypal, lost $270.

Are you sure it's Wirex's fault? I think the issues are related to your paypal account... I never had issues with PayPal because of the Wirex card..
Just my 2 cents.

indeed, E-Coin/Wirex has very little to do with PayPal transactions. The card can be used with PayPal, but such transactions don't go via our platform. If any issues occur, we can get involved and try to resolve them talking to the issuing bank on your behalf, but definitely we cannot and would have nothing to do with "limiting your paypal", not sure what you are referring to..
