How long is the shipment for Plastic Card standard delivery takes to Indonesia?

it depends on where in Indonesia you are located - for instance, Jakarta would certainly be quicker than a small town on a more remote island.
Cards are shipped via Royal Mail, but after a certain point, it mostly depends on local post, so hard to tell. As officially stated by the issuing bank, it's 2 to 8 weeks, from experience, Indonesia takes 3 to 5 weeks in most cases.

Please, keep in mind that with standard delivery there is no tracking possibility, so, it is not possible to see where the shipment is and find it in case it is delayed or lost. If you don't have real confidence in the local postal service, it may be worth going for expedited delivery, which goes via DHL and comes with tracking number and delivery guarantee

I'm in the city near to Jakarta, 3 to 5 weeks seems acceptable. If I want to track my card, can I change it now for the expedit delivery? Or I can only do that for another card order?

if you have already placed the order and received confirmation from us, it is no longer possible to change the delivery method, since the card has most probably already been shipped.
Give it some time, hopefully it should reach you soon

you are wrong. don't use temporary issues for far going conclusions.
Thousands of customers use it with no issues, a few dozens complaining here are just the most active exceptions from the rule.

This is not to say we are not having some issues these days - we are. But we are working on them, fixing the tech side, hiring more support staff, etc.

I lost patience in these 10 days! Can you tell me how retrieve my money? I need them! In my yahoo account is not locked or stuck to the filters. Tell me how my money back? Or who to ask? I wrote on this forum every day! Do not receive that email confirmation! You enter in my account and send money to the address specified by me. I'm tired of these services shoddy! I want my money URGENT!

man, please, don't yell and shout without knowing the reason of the issue.
doing the transfer the way you are suggested could be the last resort, but it is not ideal from security point of view, your own account and money security.
Please, check junk filter settings properly as per PM

Yes the card will work in USA, Cards are just not shipped there. The cards should work almost everywhere that Mastercard is accepted worldwide.

it is there for security reasons, as you can understand, not for fun, hate it myself.
