I tried again, not receive confirmation email, so money cannot be transferred. WHAT TO DO To have access to my money? I'm tired of sending you messages, And do not solve this problem!!!!!

please, fix your junk filter settings, the error is at your mail server's end

you need to check your e-mail settings. Here is the reason for the error:

Your mailbox is blocking e-mails from us, kind of incorrect to be blaming E-Coin (yet again..)

Hello again! 24 hours ago I tried to transfer btc in another wallet, I did not receive the confirmation email. But the money did not reach the other wallet, and they are no longer in account E-coin... they disappeared!
I start to believe that you make fun of me... I try 6 days to transfer money elsewhere Smiley. My email is : [email protected] can success after so many days to solve this problem ! Smiley




initially the issue was caused by you trying to transfer BTC out just after the Buy transaction. Which was communicated both here and in Support's replies to your multiple tickets on the same subject. Are you receiving those replies?

All sorted, all should be showing in your balance, the 3-day hold has since then been removed, please, try again.

Is the USD card loading down?  Can't transfer any BTC out either right now... thx

I keep getting the "ServiceUnavailable"/503 error code message on both the e-coin.io website and in the Wirex app.  Anybody else having problems loading USD to the card from bitcoin or even transferring bitcoin out of their e-coin/Wirex wallet?

My  country Pakistan is not in to the country list. does it mean your service is not available in my country? any plan to start/add my country in your list? I am willing to get a bitcoin debit card.

unfortunately, Pakistan is not on the list of countries where our partner bank can issue and ship cards to. Hope this will change some time soon, but we can't provide any definite time frames..
