Tried loading my USD card 2 days ago with 0.4201 btc. The transaction went through and my btc was taken from my account but my card was never loaded. Emailed support but never got a response. I tried loading 0.022216 yesterday and my card was loaded fairly quickly.

Okey so , I received some funds on 31 May . Paypal transfers the funds in the first of each month to my Visa card (E-coin card in this case) .

Paypal says it's Completed while I didn't receive anything on my PayPal account . Wirex said that I should receive them within 5 working days and I'm wondering what does it mean ?

If I made the transfer on Wednesday (1st June) does mean I should wait till next Tuesday ? (excluding the week end) ?

For card load transactions made via 3rd parties we can provide only that much assistance - they don't go via our platform, so, we have no control over them.
From experience talking to multiple customers who use our card with PayPal, it can take up to 5 working days between the time the funds are written off from your PayPal account and when they are actually posted onto the card.

If you have already spoken to PayPal and/or have their confirmation of the money sent, then yes, give it a few days to to arrive and settle on the card.

When you say 5 days , does it mean Wednesday , Thursday,Friday { nothing happens in Saturday and sunday } then Monday and Tuesday ?

anyone please ?

is that the issue with loading the card via PayPal? lost track a bit..

I have managed to load using Chrome. Opera kept returning not avail.

not sure why it's so - try clearing the cache, that helps sometimes

I still can't sell my btc i have in balance to load card. "service unavailable" btc>usd.
Any info on this?

I loaded it to use it today for my birthday... tried contacting support since a few days ago when loading wasnt working, dont know what else to do, cant even move the bitcoins out since they are gone. of all the days this could of happen, it happened on my birthday when i needed the money the most..
