Hi,

Can't seem to use the Card on Amazon AWS, what's happening? Also can't use the card on Uber. Is this because I'm on a virtual card?

As for 2fa - let me suggest to re-enable it? Support can disable it for you, so that you access your account, then I would recommend to remove all E-Coin related codes from your phone, reinstall the app (if you do not have other codes here), and enable 2FA back.

Also, apart from time synchronization, have you checked your phone has time and time zone auto-configured? Or you have them configured manually? In addition, when exactly it stopped working - could it be related to the day saving time switch some countries perform?


For the app, not all OSes are supported. I do not know which one you have, but the app will work only on OS 4.2 or higher (API 17+).

Yes, we do. The reply might be a bit delayed though.

Please mind our bank's support and development team are off on weekend, so any issues escalated to either of them will anyway need to wait till Monday. I appreciate your understanding.

It's been more than a month since I paid $50 to order my EUR card and I have no card in hand yet. I would like a refund, since the service I have paid for was not rendered. Whom must I address to in order to get a refund? Please, I do not wish to receive apologies or promises, since apologies ≠ money.

Why are you guys still using the E-coin domain? I'm thinking of buying one of your physical debit cards, but what's the average shipping time? And can you provide a discount? Cheesy

Limits for card loads this weekend will be $250 USD, €500 EURO, and £500 GBP daily.

Service will resume as normal on Monday April 4th.

@lumuire and @radhwane, for 2FA issues there are the following steps to correct:

- make sure your phone has configured to auto-detect date, time and time zone, and there are no discrepancies between time on the phone and global time + the time zone on the phone has proper validation;
- if you are Android user, try the following: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185834?hl=en#syn
- make sure first to enter the capture, then the code - the code expires almost immediately after new code appears (unlikely other code which have few seconds window when both old and new codes will work);

- clear up your browser cash, use incognito mode, or another browser - that should help with the unshowing capture, as well as with situations when invalid code is caused by your browser caching something incorrectly.

i tried many times to synchronize the time its  not working




still getting Verification code is invalid i clear cookies i tried other browsers the same problem
i send a support ticket asking them to disable my 2FA they tell my send us ID do i need to send you my ID document ??

been using this card a while now, works quite well. had some issues on the website and panicked a little but it was just an browser specific issue. just thought id post for any newbie users who were considering getting a card. extremely handy thing to have considering you can load the card and withdraw from an ATM in around 20 mins or so.

Yes, there was a short period when we had all cards MasterCard, but switched virtual back to Visa per our clients requests.

you mean i'm right what my friend tell me is true the plastic is mastercard the virtual is visa

well today i have the same problem with google authen
i was login successful and make a deposit 0.039 BTC than i logout automatically bcz of inactivity
than i tried  to login again to trasfer BTC to my visa i get problem with  2FA i tried many times the code was invalid
i try to synchronize and correct the time in my smart phone  but still getting invalid code
i send a support ticket about that to stop 2FA from my account to be able to login again
 @lumeire from your phone loggin to google authenticator  go to setting than choose correct time for codes than click on synchronize
maybe you can loggin to e-coin
however i tried it many times didnt successful

You justed answered your own question "they stopped providing Visa" and they are giving "MasterCard" which means you will get MasterCard (It doesn't matter if it's Virtual or physical , Mastercard in both cases)

i didnt answer my question i need real answer bcz some of my friends tell me that e-coin start giving the virtual visa for while ago
i'm not sure if its true or not
i mean when e-coin officially start providing their services they give visa ( virtual and plastic )
than they stop providing visa bcz of the design ( mychoice didnt accept their design instead mastercard )
so what i hear from my friends that e-coin or wirex thay start provide virtual visa and plastic mastercard
