We have teosanru joining us today. He already paid the entry fee. Let's welcome him.

Regarding performance on the pool - I am sucking :-P 1 out of 3

I think SRH is a team who lost because of their inexperience batting line up. Warner, Bairstow, Pandey are only three batsman with experience and rest of them were just local team players. Expecting to face a good bowling lineup with these players were big risk. They paid it now.

But DC vs KXIP match was a good match to watch. I do not regret losing my point in that match. However Rahul could do better captaincy in the super over. The 2 runs by losing 2 wickets is his fault. Instead of him he could ask Agarwal and Maxwell  or Pooran to open. If it was Pooran to open then Maxwell  could be sent in one down or vice varsa.

I did not watch the whole innings of SRH yesterday but at the beginning, Bairstaw and Manish Pandey was looking so confident that they can chase the target easily.
It's CSK vs RR tonight. I will go with CSK may be tonight and lose 1 more point  Cheesy

SRH has disappointed me once again thanks to their underwhelming domestic players. I wonder why Williamson wasn't included in the lineup. He could have made a huge difference at the end of the day.

The way Warner got out was messed up too. SRH is over dependent on their top order as usual.

Let's not forget the fact that RCB has one of the best pace-bowling combinations in the IPL 2020, with Steyn, Umesh and Saini finding a place in the playing XI. But their spin bowling department is weak (Washington Sundar/Yuzvendra Chahal).
Have to disagree. RCB has one of the worst pace bowling combos and they have proven that over the years. Their spin department is way better in comparison thanks to Sundar, Ali etc. For example, Chahal took crucial wickets in the match against SRH.

RCB got a good start here and the best SH batsmen is gone (David Warner). Team owner Priti Zinta, franchise CEO Satish Menon and tons of punters not happy with this recent human error (Umpire's fuckery  Tongue). Some IF/BUT in argument, still its valid argument. FFS use the technology and don't play the GOD.  Grin
The field umpire made this blunder when replays shows that he completed the run and with all the technology in their hands they never confirmed with the third umpire and to be frank that really cost them the match. The funny thing is every ball is monitored by the third umpire for no balls and these sort of tight calls should be given to the third umpire.

Marcus Stoinis had an incredible match with the bat scoring 30 runs in the last over and then giving away 12 runs from the first 3 balls and then somehow he was able to tie the match picking two wickets in the last two balls.

Finally Sunrisers' game! I usually travel across India and watch at least 2-5 games of Sunrisers every year in stadium. But due to Corona, this year I have to stick to TV. Sad

So far, newcomer Devdutt has impressed very much. Fearless striking from youngster. And now March is injured. So the over which was expected to end comfortably has been turning nightmare for Sunrisers due to Vijay Shankar's horrible bowling.

When the likes of VK and ABD are yet to bat, we can expect RCB to score at least 200 unless Rashid Khan has some magic to present!

Any how, even if RCB scores 200+, Sunrisers have good batting lineup to win this one! Not to forget the due factor available in second innings.

I am still sitting duck.... waiting for hitting atleast @3 odds for SRH , hope this opening partnership carry on for next 3-4 overs. Plus desperately hoping  that Rashid leak at least 10 runs in his first over, he's SRH's main weapon.

I bet on SRH too primarily because Warner is the captain again. RCB added great players like Finch and Morris though it might take them time to settle in.

Hmm... SRH is having better odds, but I have made a bet in favor of RCB. I am a big fan of Virat Kohli and it is quite difficult for me to bet against him, even if that means that I will lose two points today. They do have some great players such as Virat, de Villiers, Finch, Morris and Umesh. Still they have underperformed in the recent editions of the IPL. I hope today that may change.

They have so many big names, some how i feel that they are going to mess things up with the combination hope i am wrong but Kohli has a terrific record of $ucking things up royally when playing in the IPL.

Another factor is their death bowling, which sucks IMO. Let's hope Siraj and Umesh yadav sitting out today.  Grin

Finch-AB-Morris-Styn should fill the batting and bowling quota for the foreign players.

Could cost us a playoff berth': KXIP lodge appeal against short run
Their anger is completely justified. That 1 run made a huge difference at the end, but KXIP screwed themselves too towards the end. DC were seriously lucky towards the end. Ashwin getting injured was a big blow to them.

Tough decision to pick one in today's match I think. It has been a while I'm thinking whom to pick and at last planned to go with SRH to have a narrow win. I see they have average batting line up with as usual good bowling side.

Observed that you were the only one who chose a narrow win for DC. I expected them to win comfortably though, but Mayank took it all the way to the last over.

Mayank played well.. but in the end it was his foolishness which cost the match for KXIP. With just one run needed, he went for the big hit. The same mistake was repeated by Chris Jordan as well and that made sure that the match goes on to the super-over. Now the problem is that DC had a specialist bowler for the super-over (Kagiso Rabada), while KXIP had none.

is it because they lost 2 wickets and they already lost 8 wickets in the match, was this the rule from the beginning.
You only have 2 wickets in a super over and this always the rule which is rare to witness actually. What is even rarer is seeing a team lose 2 wickets for 2 freaking runs in a super-duper. Rabada was brilliant.

I went for narrow DC win, because both the teams were equally strong. It was not going to be an one-sided match. But to tell the truth, never expected a tied match.

Vishnu is positioning 4th although having thr score as of 1st, because Vishnu win 1 match only while three other members have won both the matches but without margin.

Yup.. at first I thought that I will get 0 points, after the match got tied. Checked the T&C again, and found that I will get full points in case DC wins the super-over. Anyway, it was a good match for me. I went for narrow DC win, because both the teams were equally strong. It was not going to be an one-sided match. But to tell the truth, never expected a tied match.

What a Drama it was in super over last night. I thought finally I will get a point. But no still at zero point. Don't know what Punjab did on that super over.

Let's see what it happens in today's match. Going for Sunrisers Hyderabad. If they loose today than you can call me "Panoti"  Grin means Ominous in hindi lol.

Ok Delhi wins. Lowest super over target. 3 runs needed  Roll Eyes All of Mayank's effort gone to waste.
If KXIP would win then the special knock by Stoinis would have gone to waste. Well I think Mayank is responsible for yesterday's loss. While it's true that he had made the match, his irresponsible short at 19.3 over which he got out was the reason to losing the match. I got remember of Misbah Ul Haque in 2007 T20 world cup  Cheesy

Seems like only Vishnu have accumulated 2 points from this match and he is leading the pool now.

Drama over drama. Mayank Agarwal attitude in the 3rd ball of the last over was stupid. He could have easily taken 1 run from that ball but despite he went for long. Did that make any sense?

I picked Punjab to win the match and it was really close and if not for that big shots when they just need a run to win the match they would have won it easily, but i did not understand this super over, only 3 balls bowled, is it because they lost 2 wickets and they already lost 8 wickets in the match, was this the rule from the beginning.
