It's really unfortunate to hear an injury when the fight night is closely approaching.
Well, there's nothing we can do. The eyes are one of the most vital parts of our body and for Spence's career so I guess his decision was just right. You cannot force a fight that could potentially make you blind.

But we can't do anything at this point, Manny understands that severity of that eye injury that was discovered on Spence on a routine physical check up. Yeah mate, I've seen a lot of late replacements really pulling some of the biggest upsets in any sports and that's what me feel nervous on Ugas.

Pacquiao has a lot of training partners that mimics Spence qualities specially the height advantage. Hopefully though, it won't be the case for Manny, we don't want a B level fighter just ruin his career if he lost to Ugas as a replacement fighter.

I do hope that Pacquiao will not fall for this so called 'replacement curse'.

He is already a veteran of this sports so for sure him and his team will prepare for any eventually against Ugas. Yordenis is one lucky guy though, not sure if there will be some adjustments are far as purse is concern, but it's going to be a honor to fight a legendary boxer of our generation. Spence really needs to cancel the fight and get the operation done of him ASAP.

That’s right, the trainings of Manny will not be wasted because he will still fight another boxer. Not sure if its same date, is it going to happen on the same day?

Manny should not lose his focus, since I’ve heard that we will still fight another great boxer so if he didn’t take this seriously, he might lose. Anyway, praying as well for the recovery of Errol, I hope that this is not just an excuse and a pure incident.

Lucky Yordenis Ugas, he was supposed to fight the brother of Marcos Maidana as co-main event, but now he is elevated to fight Manny Pacquiao.

Spence will have a full operation in Wednesday, they have to hurry and to fix it through surgery, he is still young so no doubt that he will recover. But not sure if he can still have a crack against Manny in the future.

Damn, yeah I was shock and look for other sources of this news, and it is true.

We have been so hype of the Spence fight that we all are very excited. But the good thing is that we can still Manny fight, but it will be against Ugas, which I think Manny will win. Ugas is tough, but in the level of Manny Pacquiao. Good luck to Spence, I hope that he can recover from that detach retina. Pacquiao will probably be the favorites against Yordenis Ugás, it's okay as long as we will see a great fight that both boxers will engage as the schedule will suppose to be the biggest fight this year.
