Hearn says one thing and Arum says something different. Fury and Joshua just do not seem like they are even trying to keep the hype up but Hearn is after a big pay day with his commission.

There was something wrong about this when the fight was announced, I am not convinced it will go ahead in 2021. Maybe Joshua should fight Oleksandr Usyk and Fury should find a different opponent.

Naturally, this kind of fight doesn't need much hype before both sides will get big commission cause is the most anticipated fight of the year though the hype will be good to gain more traffic.

I saw Wilder train hard this days while Joshua posted an image caption " Spartan, I'm tired. My fans are tired. Your fans are tired. We're all tired of talk. Less talk. More action! @Tyson Fury." Is Fury having a change of heart? Why do you suggest Joshua and Fury to fight different opponents?

Both Fury and Joshua could fight Wilder if their fight will not push through, but good thing it will happen as announced by Fury, so Wilder will be out of the conversation now. Every fighter wants to win, I like Fury because he is not only a good trash talker, he is also a good fighter in the ring, so let the champion unify and see the biggest fight in the heavyweight division.

Fury confirmed the fight will ahead on 14th August 2021  Grin

Good news and hopefully it's already the final announcement. How about the venue, have they found a good venue already?
I read the tweet, and it's happening in Saudi Arabia.. a good one, and I'm guessing both fighters are still guaranteed with a big purse like what was previously reported?
Good to know that this fight is already set.. When it comes to big purse then it would be no doubt considering Fury and AJ is something that shouldnt be missed out. August is just already near
and i cant wait to see for this fight and i would still make out some bets to Fury all in.  Cool

Tyson Fury just announced that the fight is happening. For me this clears up any doubt whether it will happen or not. Now we can focus on the actual fight instead of the soap opera regarding negotiations.

In fact, these announcements of upcoming announcements and the subsequent postponement are already just annoying.
It seems that some side in this deal is dissatisfied with something and does not give a clear consent or refusal, and the organizers of the fight force them to "make a move" with such public statements.
It is annoying as a fan as we are hearing dates from their promoters and even the dates are almost confirmed that the fight would take place in Saudi on August 14th and they wanted to build a new stadium for the fight like they did with the Ruiz fight . May be the final announcement is delayed due to the pandemic situation and clearance from the Saudi king, who knows what is the final hurdle and even Bob Arum thinks that the fight takes place on 14th August.

Here is what is being said: Joshua and Fury's fight will be on August 14 in Saudi Arabia and was described by Hearn as "a done deal" although it is yet to be officially confirmed by both sides.

If it has to be confirmed by both sides then nothing has been confirmed except Hearn trying to be centre of attraction again....

Here is another announcement from boxing promoter Eddie Hearn, a short while ago he said Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury will fight in Saudi Arabia on 14th August 2021 in a stadium that "will shock the world". Will this be a real announcement or another failed attempt at another promotional stunt from Hearn.
Lets see if this one would pushes through or would really be hearing out another excuses for the fight to be postponed. August isnt really too far off and its not surprising that they had really indeed decided
to take the fight in Saudi arabia or UAE part. They do know on how to make more bucks.  Cheesy

I would not say that it is impossible but it is going to be something very difficult to do, everyone saw Fury winning both fights and even if the first fight was officially a tie we know who won that fight and this was clearly demonstrated on the second fight, this is why I thought it was a good idea to fight Joshua first, we could have two fights against Joshua and maybe a mandatory defense and this would allow Wilder long enough time to try to improve and if the fans saw that then this could have been good enough to hype a third fight.
A trilogy at a later time could create interest if Tyson Fury and Wilder fights again but for that Wilder needs to win a few fights with impressive fashion and then Tyson Fury has to maintain his record to make that fight interesting. I am hoping Tyson Fury to dominate and win the fight against Joshua as he is a completely changed man after returning as he is training on a daily basis and he is mentally tough inside the ring.

That is the date Hearn said but it is not official yet.

Here is another bit of news, according to a statement from Eddie Hearn he said the fight will go ahead in Saudi Arabia on either 7 or 14 August and he said he expects announcement in next few days BUT we have all heard this drama drag out for so many months. Hearn seems to have behaved in a very unprofessional manner throughout, he seems completely untrustworthy.

Here we go again, another big news to excite us then over time we will see bad news that the fight will not happen anymore. I don't know if I will trust this information, they keep delaying the fight and they keep us waiting, better if they will just cancel this fight and both figures will move on looking for their opponents.

The pandemic would not just allow them to reach their big target revenue.

I wonder what caused this behavior - real problems with the organization of the fight, or is it a moronic tactic of fanning the excitement, which ultimately leads to the fact that new information about the fight only causes irritation? Hopefully the situation will clear up in the coming days.

For fans hoping that this fight will happen, they will understand that they might be frustrated a bit but the good news is good news as that could possible give them what they are expecting. Whatever the development is as long as the right will happen, that's the only thing that is necessary.

This is a MEGA FIGHT, we can understand why they are excited because they can make big money here while on the fans side, we can also witness a good fight between these two great heavyweights. Now, its up to us if we will still trust the information or not anymore.

As of the moment, Fury has a good chance of finding a good match as they can proceed the Wilder vs Fury 3, which is for me a big fight and time for Fury to end the countless excuse of Wilder if he can again KO Wilder. hopefully, there's positive news regarding this fight, for me it's more interesting than any fight now in the heavyweight since Fury vs Joshua fight was not realize.
It is impossible to create any sort of hype between Wilder and Fury 3 because in the first two fights everyone witnessed who the best boxer was as Tyson Fury dominated Wilder even though he was returning after a long break and he just landed less than a dozen shots and one big shot which Tyson Fury was able to overcome and even after that knockdown Tyson Fury was winning the fight and the second fight was a complete domination from start to finish and if not for the corner stoppage he will be hurt badly.

Hearn is a slick salesman and he can make people believe anything. That's why so many are blaming Tyson Fury's side for the fight not happening even though it is reasonable that he would want some kind of guarantee that the money he is being offered is actually there. Fighters get ripped off all the time and you can't just blindly accept $75 million dollars that might not exist. He could be fighting Wilder for half that amount instead but at least he would have peace of mind knowing that the money is sitting in a bank and he can legally claim it when he fulfills all the requirements of the contract.

So this one ends up not happening. But Tyson's camp is right on this, how can someone announced it to public about their upcoming fight if there is no final agreement in place?  Hearn is after for the commission and now it is gone. Should have done the deal first. He thought Fury's camp will just say yes.
