According to the information I got from one of the Anthony Joshua fan telegram accounts is that the actual day the fight will take place is not chosen but 3days were already selected so either the fight take place on July 24, July 31, or August 7 and the venue was said to be Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
It is possible that we would see Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury in Saud Arabia as Anthony Joshua had his rematch against Andy Ruiz Jr in Saudi and they offered a good amount of money to conduct the fight and his management will be having close ties to Saudi authorities to take decisions they were looking like inviting audience and so on. Hopefully we will hear about a official release date from either side.
The fight venue is no more if it possible that it will take place in Saudi Arabia because JoshuaVsRuiz2 took place there, it actually about the money, if there's a Billionaire in Dubai that's ready to throw money big than the $100Million the Saudi king family offered the fight venue might change.

The latest news is that Bob Arum has revealed that the fight will indeed take place in Saudi Arabia. The final details are still not decided but the date of this fight will be in late July or early August. I'm sure the British fans will be disappointed they can't attend this event but it would be crazy to turn down the amount of money the Saudis are willing to offer.

Exactly, it's all for the money baby!!! We all know that there are a lot of billionaires in Saudi that is willing to pour their money just to host this kind of big fights, regardless if we have the pandemic or not.

So I don't have any complains about it, as long as they fight will happen this year so be it.

It will be interesting though the Eddie Hearn has agreed to a reported 9 figure deal with DAZN. And ending his almost 10 years relationship with Sky Sports.

It seems all of the reports that we are seeing about the location of the fight are false and there is still not a place for the fight, personally the only reason I care about this is because until we have everything in order the fight still could not happen, other than that I do not care if they fight on the moon or in mars as long as the fight does indeed take place, however I do not see anything wrong with the fight taking place in more exotic locations instead of the usual ones like Las Vegas.

@JollyGood, thanks for the warning.  Smiley

We just have to wait for the venue, whether its in London or in Middle East, I'm sure what they are doing is to make this first fight successful and they want to generate cash as per rumor, both boxers will get the biggest paycheck of their career.

Ignore the hype and publicity....

All reports claiming the fight location as confirmed are simply untrue. Nothing has been confirmed except that the two boxers want the fight to go ahead.

^ Probably but in heavyweight, it is really hard to reach the top. Strongest will always have a match and that is why I really admire Tyson Fury. He had a very tough way to the top. Imagine having 31 fights and only have 1 loss? Like what the hell was that?

Actually Tyson Fury is undefeated in all his 30 fights, you can see it in https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/479205.
He is 30-1 because that 1 is a Draw.

Anthony Joshua is actually the one with one loss against Ortiz. https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/659461

So it is really possible that he can defeat Joshua, basing it on his previous match and also their style of fighting, you can tell that Tyson has the advantage to win. Besides, Fury is the mainstream and his bigmouth only implies being an entertaining boxer. Cause conflicts make the people urge to watch the fight and that is business.

very possible because most of us here believe that he will win in this two fights, and the bookies says he is the favorite to win.

Impossible if the government of UK would really be allowing crowd to fill out the stadium or venue even though there are already events that they had let the some crowd to see up but lets compare on how
many would be attending if ever this would be allowed?
Right now it looks like an impossible task to fill a stadium as things are getting out of hand in certain parts of the world but they can allow limited crowds for these events and just focus on Pay Per view revenue rather than live gate.

Fans in boxing is a lot compared to other sports which i can say that this would be surely be prohibited.
They would really be getting lots of criticisms instead if they do ever to push out that set-up even people are vaccinated will be required then its not an assurance for possible spread.
They need to follow the protocol and then allow limited fans, there are events that have done that, UFC had limited fans during their shows and so does some events in Australia and New Zealand. So it is possible to allow fans but you need to follow the protocol and make the event safer.

Fury is certainly a beast, so I think he can win both. He deserves to be recognized properly after being overshadowed by Deontay Wilder's popularity. Hope to get some bets against locals here for their fight lmao  Cool Cool

He already had the recognition and respect, reason why he is the favorite to win this fight, however, AJ is not an easy opponent, he has to prove that he really is the best by beating AJ in this fight, both fights just to be ensure people will not doubt on him. Things are just getting excited actually, they are now in the process of looking for a venue which we know the chance of it happening is already high since they can choose whatever location that would best suit this big fight.
I think he has a point, before Fury got all of those problems with addiction that lead him to lose his tittles and to retire for a long time he was thought as the best fighter but once he returned he has struggled to get the recognition that he deserves, this has changed only recently after he dominated Wilder completely and took his title, the only one that can claim at the moment that he is better is Joshua and finally we get to see them both going at it during this year.

Will the UK government begin allowing stadiums full of fans in the middle of a pandemic? It will be in Dubai. Their government has begun to allow fans to watch UFC events. Also, Eddie Hearn has met with Dana White. I speculate Hearn might be asking for information on how to organize it in Dubai.
There is no way the UK government will be allowing audience but if they can make a decision that if anyone vaccinated can attend these events then the entire scope of things will change and may be that is what they were waiting for. Eddie Hearn meeting with Dana White suggests that he will be looking for more options and the way in which the UFC conducted their fights successfully everyone should take note.

Eddie Hearn has more options to carry on with the fight in Saudi or Dubai and may be he is confused in making a conclusive decision Cheesy.

Judging by the timing, one should not find out how this can be organized, but already deal with the organization of the battle  Smiley
It will be great if the fight takes place with a full-fledged live audience, for example, football is very difficult to watch with empty stands, especially if not top teams are playing. In this fight, emotions will be fine anyway, but with a live crowd, the fight will be even more interesting.

What are the possible countries for the venue of the fight?

I think @OP, better to make a poll about this and let us guesss.  Grin how about that? Me, I think it will be in Dubai.. would be great venue IMO.
The Saudi king family is offering $100 million for this fight other than that i have not heard any other offers from Dubai but the promoters are looking to put the fight together in the UK itself as it is the biggest fight in the history of boxing especially two English boxers and they can fill an entire football stadium.
