I'm experiencing the same issue as edgar, my email confirmations for login & withdraw stopped arriving on the 19th

I have not and do not wish to change email addresses. I have contacted my mail service provider and they have confirmed that no email for me has been received from btc-e since the 19th.

I have supplied all requested information to support. IP addresses, transaction history, methods used to deposit, etc, but I have not changed my email address and I do not wish to change it.

Please see ticket #WYF-987-76074 and re-enable my confirmation emails ASAP.

Please take a look at the:
Ticket ID: VDH-548-26092

The withdrawal is listed as processed in the btc-e platform transaction history but not confirmed on blockchain and not delivered to target address.

It seems to be the same issue as the two below recently described in this topic, I believe you can resolve them in a batch:

for security purposes since 29.04.2013 you can’t change your email in your profile. The withdrawal of your funds is possible only after confirmation by email. CONFIRMATION EMAIL NEVER ARRIVED, YET THESE 'SUPPORT' MAILS MANAGE TO!
Users can’t withdraw their funds if their email isn’t confirmed. MY EMAIL WAS CONFIRMED!!!
You can confirm your email here: https://btc-e.com/profile#edit/home I WAS JUST TOLD TO CHANGE IT!!!
We strongly recommend to have your email on https://gmail.com/ with two-factor authentication.
If for some of the reasons you can’t access you email, which you pointed during the registration, it is necessary to send: I CAN ACCESS EMAIL, BUT YOU CANNOT SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL???, I AM NOT ONLY PERSON WITH THE SAME PROBLEM

Went to withdraw some LTC from my account on BTC-E yesterday.
Got the transaction email, confirmed it, and my BTC-E account history says that it was processed.
(Yes, the address is correct -- double, triple, etc, checked that. I'm sure it is correct.)

However, block-explorer shows that BTC-E never sent the LTC.

Submitted two tickets, no response; most recent ticket LLP-816-49136.
Have the feeling that BTC-E is going to keep the LTC for themselves; but I hope not...

I did a withdrawal of 2075 LTC to the address LMYu5HJqKXS2K1mhzhGJWZXs55NtU7hxRU but i have not received anything.
The transaction history shows that the order #221453562 was completed but i did not get the coins.

Went to withdraw some LTC from my account on BTC-E yesterday.
Got the transaction email, confirmed it, and my BTC-E account history says that it was processed.

Today I tried to deposit some USD through OKPay, but the money didn't show up in my BTC-e wallet. Opened a ticket many hours ago and still no reply. What should I do? I have done it many times without a glitch. Have I lost my money?
