i have the same problem. When did you send money ? i sent 30.12.2013. Btce support maybe some response because it starting to look seriusly Sad

- I've had to resort to contacting their payment processor Mayzus financial services Ltd to try and get some clarity on what is happening with my money. What worries me is that this has never happened to me before with BTC-e and I'm concerned this is a sign of something more....

Same with me. I contacted Mayzus financial services Ltd. But they just replied that they never received my transaction which is in contradiction to my banks statement. Hope I can just order my bank to revert the payment.

I second this, especially for MT4 traders. The current fee is just too high.

I agree with you. It is too high for each transaction
they need to be settled something with traders and have talk to them because they all are giving them business

I made a withdrawal via wire transfer and i am yet to receive my funds. I opened a ticket 3 days ago and you are yet to even respond. It's disappointing that every withdrawal i make needs me to open a ticket just to get my money.

It is high, I agree. And if you also add the future swap rate on top of it, the trading costs would get even higher ...

Seems like someone tell the bank btc-e.com as fraud. Some (or many) clients have bad experiences with them however, not all trouble originates in between the bank and btc-e. They should ask to btc-e, not to the bank.

The problem is, maybe due to those complaints, now their bank (DB for USD) is suspicious. I got informed from my local bank that DB US asks confirmation from me as sender to make sure the transaction is not fraud. That makes the transfer process more complex and delayed. Nothing better for the customers... Embarrassed

Account locked Dec 20 for posting a supposedly infected weblink to trollbox. I run a virus prog on my computer to catch stuff like that so IF that happened it was completely inadvertent. Anyway, I've sent multiple tickets for a resolution, I've promised never to post a link to trollbox again, I've tried posting tickets in English & Russian, tried sending emails (again english & Russian) tried signing up new account via BTC-e.com to contact support/admin via PM but am directed to the support website.  I can't get a response to save my life...

I sent you a USD wire of 7181.63 on the 11th December and as of today its still missing and no reply to my support ticket #FKM-921-94473

Please could you either reply to my ticket or have my funds added to my BTCE account.

Today I received a email from BTCE asking me to be patient as they need time to trace my wire with their bank. Will report back if and when the issue is resolved.

Even I am nearly sure that my bank transfer was 100% correct I requested my bank to investigate (another 50 to 60 EUR charge).

Now I got the investigation reply from my bank - they clearly said that the money transfer has been executed correctly.

I've get my fund in my okpay wallet from btc-e.com on 1 january 2014.
So slow customer service for respon and so long time for withdrawal, by the way thank you.

I make withdrawal to okpay and I have get message that withdrawal is success.
But I don't see my balance in my okpay account, I also make a ticket support for it. with the ticket id is Ticket: #WPX-131-55408.
And I get reply message "Hello! Money does not come to you?"
And I reply it again, and 'till now, I don't get any message ..... Thank You, I hope everything's gonna be fine.
